Lockers have gotten broken into numerous times. Locks are being busted and cut within an hour. Problems in both female and male locker rooms.

After a long time I came here for the first time and faced a problem, during two hours of being there I and two other people were robbed. My wallet was stolen even though my box was locked!!!

Tripods with cameras everywhere. Tripods with cameras in front of the free weights, in front of the squat machines, in the middle of the turf, even inside of the locker rooms. If I go work out, I do not want to be filmed by random strangers. I especially do not want to be filmed coming out of the shower and while changing just because someone wants to record his progress inside the locker room. You can't even use the bathroom in privacy without someone filming. Tripods and cameras should be banned, especially inside the locker rooms. They are a tripping hazard and an invasion of privacy.

This gym needs lots of major improvements. It's not even 24 hour as the name literally says. I come in early and have to wait for it to open on Mondays. When I'm in, there is absolutely zero effort in cleaning the area while they close the prior night. Equipment scattered everywhere. The restrooms are trashed and/or have stalls or urinals broken. 20-30% of the cardio machines are always broken. The mats at the squat racks have never been replaced since the gym opened. I'm only staying since it's close and built a community there.

Waited 15 minutes just for purchasing a packet of chips and found no one after waiting a long soo disgusting service please improve this habit stay on the counter!

Customer service is non-existent. Gym also is in fact not open 24 hours. Some machines are consistently broken and aren’t fixed until maybe 1-2 months of being inoperative. Your car may get broken into while you’re running on the treadmill but good location for the gym. Also, gym is pretty dirty. They used to have someone clean every 20 minutes but this was prior to Covid. Basketball has a weird floor… don’t know why they didn’t decide to install hardwood like any normal indoor gym. Steam room doesn’t really work but might be because of the people pouring water on the electric heater.

I like the space, equipment, and that it's well ventilated I think the staff are rude, the young lady that works the desk is usually high, lethargic, and unapproachable.

I don’t know, but the customer service at this gym is the worst I have seen. The manager herself is very arrogant and unfriendly. She doesn’t even greet people, and the staff behaves the same way. The staff is generally unfriendly, except for one or two people. They don’t even bother to get up and help when needed. It seems like they have no knowledge about lockers or retail. I wanted to renew my yearly membership, but after experiencing their service, I’m not interested in doing so. On the other hand, the staff at the Redmond location is completely the opposite—super friendly and helpful.
I notice that customer service replies, but I want to know what actions they take to correct the customer service in the club. Don’t even bother replying to me. If your customers matter to you, instead of wasting your time responding to me, do something to improve the staff's service.

A big THANK You to James our custodian at the Kent location. He keeps the locker rooms and the pool area looking brand new everyday. Nothing beats walking in the next morning to the smell of a clean locker room. Hands down the cleanest gym in all of Washington’s 24 that I’ve been to. Thx again James for all that you do!

FALSE ADVERTISING! Hours of operation are not only constantly changing but the hours of operation they have listed online are a LIE. They will not let you in 30 minutes prior to the time listed online and the door. Change the name or change your hours. The gym is huge but the weightlifting area is tiny and always packed. No AC, equipment is broken, employees are rude, locker rooms and bathrooms are disgusting!

This so called 24 Hour Fitness closes at 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. My question is: why WE the customers are charged for 24 hours access to the gym but we don’t get 24 hours access? And since you cut the operating hours you still charge the people same amount of money?WHY??? You should lower your monthly fees. This is ridiculous

First time I paid 85$ for membership and first last month the charge me second time 65 dollars and know one is responsible if I Seay please cancel my membership the seay you need to pay 50$ for cancellation it’s scam I did not recommend this fitness club to my friends and the customer service the 0+0=0
