Shouldn't take 2 months for sizing. When I called and asked for a Manager, she said it's been there for over 3 weeks... didn't I get the email, maybe it went to spam. (!)At what point do you provide customer service and pick up the dang phone?

If only I could do zero stars on this because that’s what it deserves.Back in July my fiancé got my engagement ring and proposed in august only to come find out the metal quality and stones weren’t what they told him after him asking the people many times. So we decided to get a different metal band because we called and found out they “miss spoke” about the metal being sterling silver but ended up actually being silver coated over copper. They said it wasn’t their issue they told him wrong. So we decided to not fight it and go to a local small business to buy a new band. Only to come found out the stones were not real lab created emeralds, it was colored stones (they tested the stones) so over all the ring on sale for $700 for fake stones and bad metals, and they still refuse to give our money back after lying about the quality and saying the emeralds were lab created. I do not recommend EVER getting something here with out getting it tested. Worst jewelry place ever and staff was rude.I hope cooperate sees this and gets their stuff together it was very unprofessional for them to sell something like this and saying it’s something else.

I've been eyeballing a beautiful ring online, and decided to pop in to Zales since I was school shopping with my girls, and all three of us were very overwhelmed by the crowds of people. Fabiola was beyond helpful! She helped me look up my account and find the value of my current ring... and then, because it was fate, the first ring she shows me, is the same exact ring I was eyeballing!!!!! I kissed my old ring goodbye, was approved for interest free credit, resized, and new rings sent off to be fit ALLLL within 20minutes!!!! My girls got a chance to regroup from the crazy crowds in the mall, and Fabiola even gave them a little Panda cookie snackpack to enjoy on the drive home. I am beyond pleased with the customer service, especially since my local Zales closed, and I have to make the hour drive to Kennewick now. THANK YOU! I cannot wait to get my ring back!

I can’t say enough about the Store Manager Fabiola and team. We came in on Mother’s Day and found the perfect wedding ring. My husband had purchased my engagement ring from Zales previously and had been encouraging me that it was time to consider upgrading.The ring was on a great sale and we knew with the Zales upgrade policy it would fall just inside our budget. Unfortunately, the ring was purchased online over 15 years ago and despite our best efforts Fabiola could not find the purchase.We almost gave up and left, but Fabiola kept searching determined to find it. Leaving no stone unturned Fabiola was finally able to track down the purchase from a previous P.O. Box. We all celebrated and I was able to leave with my new incredible wedding ring.A huge thank you to Fabiola for her diligence and incredible customer service.
