Pizzeria closes 15min early? But leaves food in the hotcase still then the employee decides to be rude and yell "were closed" even though we were looking at the hotcase with food Still in it... need to retrain employees by the sound of it

I'm an avid customer of WinCo foods for several years. Being employee-owned store it seems that courtesy would play a major part in shopping and courtesy of employees of the store. I entered the store has a customer would looking for certain items and remembering that I did not bring a list at the time. I was at the end of one section of the store and began to realize I needed a cart anyways. As I began to turn around to get a cart from the front of the store I seen two empty carts at the end of the store of where I was located. As I grabbed one cart that two were put together. And employee said "whoa whoa whoa whoa why are you taking my carts?"I began to reply there are two carts and they were empty so I wanted to grab one to shop. His reply "go to the front of the store and get one". I felt that he was not courteous at all and his hospitality was quite aggressive. To top it off I go to the front of the store and there is not one cart other than a baby cart. Now if you could imagine if he felt that I invaded his property or his possession because of his duty to treat a customer to winco foods is more valuable. I'd say this gentleman was quite rude.

Been my local grocery store for over 3 years. Food is always fresh and the staff is amazing....^^^.nothing has changed since last review. Still my favorite grocery store .
