They have 1 banker of 6 desks working to help customers out. Another woman in the back looks like she's just scrolling through social media. Very understaffed.

Tried to transfer money with Zelle which I have done many times. Was told account was invalid. Spoke to numerous people from customer service to tech support and after they exhausted trying to blame me they told me to go to a branch. Useless! Changing banks.

Just want to thank Wells Fargo for returning my money to me after their fraud investigation into my issue. It's so comforting to know that I was taken care of properly. Thank you.

This is the worse bank to bank at. They will do sketchy things with your account and then lie and claim all kinds of things. I banked there for a long time when they started charging my account overdraft charges for no reason. I had money in the bank it was a constant job to get them to fix it then they would try and claim something. I was one of those they opened fake accounts with and they sent me a settlement check. I had fake checks deposited into peoples account and then the person came in and tried cashing one. The bank never called the police. You think the management will help you NOPE they just pass the buck and say case closed. I am telling you know go to a Credit Union you will not regret it. Wells Fargo is TERRIBLE.

Do not set up a business account with Wells Fargo. The process is absolutely asinine. Everything about Wells Fargo is awful. Worst Customer Service. I would leave zero stars if possible.

Staff is extremely unhelpful. Lost my debit card and they stopped giving temporary debit cards. The banker helped me set up Apple Pay on my wallet and told me I could pull money out of the atm with it. I sat at the atm for 10 minutes like a dummy before I went back in and had to wait for her again at which point she came and couldn’t get it to work either and told me to pull out cash with my Id. I’m beyond sick of Wells Fargo especially this branch as it’s the only one in tri cities

I have a picture of my social but not the physical one on me. I don’t have any bank account because of life problems lately so I normally cash checks with just my ID at whatever bank the checks from. Came here to cash a check from my client just to find out you have to have two PHYSICAL forms of ID to cash it. This is the only time I’ve ever heard of this. WORST BANK IN TOWN EASILY

Possibly the worse bank I have ever had to deal with. There employee's were very rude, and no help what so ever with the issues I was having. The Manager was no help either, and since I don't fit the perfect skin tone I did not get the help I desperately needed at that moment that the person who referred me to had gotten from them! Went to a completely different bank, and got exactly what I needed done with out any trouble at all, and no discrimination like I experienced at Wells Fargo in Kennewick on Kellogg.

This branch has always been slow but after a year of covid I would expect them to manage doing transactions under ten minutes per. Why doesn't WF open more branches in the Tri Cities. I drive thru small towns that have 3 or 4 locations yet we have only one for the entire Tri Cities? I do believe it's time to switch banks.

Extremely personable. Clerks go the extra mile to be helpful

As big as the Tri Cities is, having only one bank does not make for good business. Need an additional two at the minimum.

This Wells Fargo branch continues to be one of the worst WF branches I have ever dealt with they never have enough tellers inside and especially at the dive up window

Although the covid has limited services and increased waiting times, my wife and I have found the staff to be very friendly and professional in spite of the pandemic setbacks. We recently moved to Kennewick and purchased a new home. The staff assisted in drafting the closing check, notary services on two occasions and provide financial advice in our retirement. I would highly recommend this bank to my friends.

I understand the COVID regulations have impacted pace of work in all branches but the ATM being unavailable to deposit makes the situation worse, if you have a check >5K you can't use mobile services, pretty lame and makes deposited said check a nightmare since everyone who works is at this already limited location at lunch, so dumb, I will be switching to another bank with more common sense on how to handle these rediculous covid regulations.
