I made an appt a week in advance because my shop was booked until then. At the appt time the call came extending my wait time an hour.Needless to say after 3 1/2 hours the truck arrived. Great driver and all, but this company is a broker for tow trucks and every time you call you get someone different and they always 'just' spoke with the driver and it will be 20 minutes. When I asked for a refund they wanted $150 cancellation fee. I should pay them for not showing up? NO THANKS!Service: Car towing

Watch out for these guys!!!!! Gave me a quote to tow my motorhome. I made an appointment to have it done. Then they called back later to raise the price. When I I told them no they tried to charge me a cancellation fee.

Washington Towing is amazing!!! Crazy Fast service super friendly Guy and with made it the cheapest in the area to get my keys out of my truck. He was rescue. Responsive, courteous, very knowledgeable. Five Stars and then some! Great work!!!Services: Motorcycle towing
