I recently had the pleasure of working with Warner Auto & RV for a repair on my RV’s tip out and roof, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional.

We purchased a Keystone Hideout trailer from Warner Auto and Rv. Our entire experience, from purchase through pick-up, has been fantastic! We explained our need for a trailer and how it was to be used (live-in weekdays). No-pressure sales listened and provided us detailed options for us to choose from. The entire team was above and beyond helpful. Their attention to detail, going over the new trailer with a fine tooth comb to confirm that everything was in stellar condition, was much appreciated. They moved out the manufacturer couch, at our request, and moved in recliners from home, they installed our TV with a wall mount from Warner RV and sales that we couldn’t find locally, loaded the couch from the trailer in our truck, thoroughly cleaned the interior (minor dust) and washed the exterior…spic and span! We cannot say enough about how happy we are with our purchase and the wonderful over-all experience we’ve had from start to finish. Thank you so very much!!

Our experience at Warner was amazing! Our hitch was experiencing problems on our way out of town and Bill from Warner pulled up and suggested we come on over and he would work on it right then and there. He switched out our hitch, helped us fix a broken electrical connection, and provided a compressor to bring our tires up to the right psi. He also instructed us in the proper procedures to take when hitching up/hauling an RV. He was so friendly and helpful and he got us back on the road in no time. We will be coming back to Warner in future for our RV maintenance. Thank you Bill, and thank you Warner!

Highly recommend Warner Auto, they have proven themselves time and again with their 5 star customer service.
I recently had an issue with my trailer and their technician promptly assisted me over the phone, patiently walking me through the troubleshooting process. Their expertise and willingness to help, even remotely, saved me significant time and hassle.

Bill & Jeff were incredibly patient, friendly, & knowledgeable when they came for my water heater & they even taught me a few things about my new RV. You can tell Warner RV is genuinely there for the customer, not the dollar sign. They will be getting my business in the future. Thank you guys!

We took our Ford Transit camper van in for some tricky plumbing & venting issues. Bill was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave us several options for fixes. Note: The areas involved were hard to get to--with very cramped access points. They completed the work faster than I expected...and the work appears to be 'top-notch'. Bill even insisted I test everything when I picked it up! Great job guys...and thanks again!

Bill is amazing. He has helped me out on 3 different occasions. He has fixed my awning, and most recently my outdoor kitchen door which wouldn’t shut. I will always use Warner RV to do any work on my trailer.

It started out semi ok, but it ended terribly. They over charged us for the rv, they lied, they dropped off the rv we paid to have delivered with a completely worthless battery, half filled propane tanks and didn't level it or even offer to jump start the dead battery so we could work the landing gear. We are so very disappointed with this experience and we paid top dollar for it. It was really to bad.

Bill is amazing. We had a down heater in our full time 5th wheel in December. He offered a plug in heater and stuck with us until our heat was up and running. He is a great technician and really cares about people. I highly recommend using his services.Thank you Bill!
