The pharmacy personnel are as helpful as they can possibly be,
They NEED more clerking staff..one person trying to work the counter, the drive up window plus file the prescription that have been filled is asking way to much of the clerk. Not to mention the inconvenience to the patients who are sick, tired, weak, & hurting to have to wait in line for 30 to 45 minutes to get their prescription.
This is for management and owners of Walgreens!!

Every Walgreens is understaffed. We had the same problem of long wait times in California. I moved my Rx to Yoke’s. There’re Great!

Prescription sent in at 12:30 pm for a much needed meds it took them till 10:45 the next day to get my prescription and wait another 30 minutes to get it. They are a joke and would highly suggest using a different pharmacy!!!!

My only complaint: Getting your automated voice messaging to "understand" my request to speak to a pharmacist was very difficult and time consuming.

I've noticed several times the wait time in drive thru is forever. I finally got to the window.... Waited forever to get acknowledgment. I did see that the customers inside were gettingtheir prescriptions . I realize they are busy.... A dedicated person at the drive thru would help .My wait time in the drive window was easily 45 min- to hour.

This pharmacy will not take Good RX coupons at the coupon price. They want to charge more for the prescription than the price on coupon. I brought in a coupon printed yesterday and said it would expire in 6 days and they wanted to charge me more than price on coupon. They claim the coupons are not correct. I been using them at other pharmacies and I have always been charged coupon price.I called Good RX and they did not know why Walgreens was not excepting the coupons at the price.

New customer. Spoke to someone in Pharmacy who was very knowledgeable and helpful. They processed my prescription in a very short time. Not a long wait at the drive up.

Very slow service. Unprofessional in that long long wait times are not acknowledged at all. Everything is inefficient and seems to be acceptable

Pharmacy Refused to give me my meds. Told me I had to come back following day to see if my insurance would cover my medication. I Said I would pay for it but the pharmacist refused to let me do that because I wanted to use my coupon. Which made prescription so much cheaper. The pharmacist told me insurance is for people who can’t afford their medication. She said I had to use my insurance. She was so rude when telling me this. I was willing to pay for my prescription cause I absolutely needed it right away. She said I could get my prescription filled somewhere else because it was fraud to pay for my own medication instead of bill my insurance. What in the world?!! That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Fraud for paying for my own medicine that I absolutely needed. If anything she was mad that they couldn’t charge my insurance top dollar when I could get it for way cheaper with my discount code. I ended up having to risk it and wait till following day to get my medicine. Of course I had it sent somewhere else. Not only Horrible service but put me at risk! I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

3 calls totaling over hour and half on hold for the pharmacy and still haven't gotten through, nearly everyone there is rude, I know I know my work is short handed as well and extremely behind and I treat everyone with respect and empathy. Sorry this is my last transaction with this pharmacy!!!!!!!
