I bought a new phone and didn't even transfer my service from my old one to my new one when that was my whole point of getting a new one. Sale associates were no help at ALL.

Went to have my cellular service transferred to my new phone. There were 2 people working. The lady said the guy had to help me and she couldn't. So I waited 40min and he was still helping the same guy, meanwhile there are 3 of us waiting and they didn't acknowledge us, say how long it would be or anything. The lady just sat there and apparently couldn't help with anything..worthless customer service.

I had some phone bill issues and no one would help me except for Issac. He is an amazing employee. He stands up for his customers, I highly would recommend coming here. He definitely should receive a raise or something. He’s absolutely amazing.

The man working here convinced my grandmother she had a virus on the brand new phone I had bought her, and persuaded her to buy another new phone at twice the price. Luckily she went to an actual Verizon store which acted far more professionally and kindly, fixed the small issue with her original phone and helped her return the other. Do not visit this store under any circumstance, visit someplace with basic decency.

This location scammed my grandmother. She came in with a brand new phone and they told her it had a “virus” and immediately sold her a more expensive Pixel phone. Just fyi, smartphones do not get viruses, it’s actually impossible given how applications run in a sandbox environment.

This place scammed my grandmother. She went in with a brand new phone and they told her it had a virus, sold her a more expensive Pixel phone and a bunch of accessories she didn't need (and some of which she didn't get). News flash to the idiots working here, smartphones do not get viruses due to permissions applications have while running. There is at least one person working here committing elder abuse. Thankfully we worked it out but we will be filing a police report.
