Love Love Love this place. Always happy to help (and take my money lol) prefer this over the actual Verizon store anyways! Got watches, cellphones, and an iPad here. The staff is always friendly and I feel valued. We will be back!

Skip these authorized retailers go to the one in Columbia center mall, faster service, and even faster if you setup an appointment. This is the the second store that only had 1-2 employees on a weekday in the afternoon-closing.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with sales.The manager Sean Sap and sales associate Amy Duncan. I was on a 8 month roller coaster with these people and they were no help to me at all. Manager was never there and never called me back and resulted in a higher payment than what was said. Finally called corporate and had them fix myIssue in less than 2 hours. From now on I’m going through corporate. Almost left Verizon because of a authorized retail store.

This is long overdue review for Jon.He provided us with the best customer service we have ever received from Verizon. My phone was not longer operable and he helped me and my mom with trade ins. We were informed of all the offers available for us and explained in detail the costs fees. He was really proffesional and patient with all of us. In the end we walked out with 2 new phone upgrates, a tablet and a couple of plan upgrades too.Thank you Jon for everything!!!!

I wanted to update my post. I went back into the srore today and was helped by Eddie. He was great as well, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and had me out the door and on my way in no time. Thanks again! I really like this Verizon Store!Joel was great! Very helpful!! I

Went in with a malfunctioning phone on 12/2, received a clear cost/benefit analysis for repair vs. replacement, and Alex then spent over 7 hours during 12/2 and 12/3 transferring photos, contacts, etc. to a new device despite having to do research and extensive troubleshooting. Alex was exceedingly patient, professional, and dedicated in dealing with (and working around) exotic errors and issues with the old phone to prevent data loss. So long as this site employs folks like Alex, they will have my business in perpetuity. Would highly recommend.

Went in the other day and the guy had nothing good to say about a small business in kennewick. Continued about it for some time. So after he couldn't help we went to the small business and the guy ended up helping us. If the employee is still there next time I go to pay my bill I will be leaving Verizon with all my business lines. I own a small business as well. Then I will be moving over to the small business's service provider that he recommended. I've never heard a big company try so hard to talk down about a small business....while in front of another small business owner. Unbelievable....definitely a sales pitch.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that showed several options to help "fix" the issues we had. The options were not over the top expensive, only increased our monthly payment a few dollars. Very satisfied overall experience. Thank you.

I actually visited this store several times over the course of a couple weeks, twice with my still broken phone (not due to this store) and once with my replacement phone fully backed up, operational, etc. Each time I left, I was highly satisfied with the level of care and customer service.I have never received such amazing service from any Verizon store before this one. Upon my first visit, Alex successfully helped me diagnos the problem, provided further direction in contacting VZ warranty services and while I left with a broken phone, I left confident and pleased with my visit.After some not so awesome conversations with VZ warranty (not the store), Eddie then assisted me in contacting them an additional time, asked the correct questions, worked to troubleshoot the issue and went above and beyond to make sure i was heard and had all my answers before leaving.After receiving my phone, I chose to drive back to this location even though there are several stores closer to me because I had such great previous experiences. Eddie again assisted me and got my replacement phone set up, old phone boxed up and made the entire process as easy as possible for me. I cannot thank the Clearwater team enough for their amazing customer service.

Went today because I was experiencing issues with my phone. Turns out I was in need of a new one. Even though it isn't required for him to do so, Alex helped me to file an insurance claim and have a new phone shipped out to me. He was extremely personable and professional. I highly recommend going to him next time you're in the store.

Ryan really helped me with adding a new line to my account. Helped get me the best promotion, accessories and protection for my device. Really appreciate the extra attention he paid towards my account to make sure everything went well. Highly recommended!!!

I went in with high expectations and left disappointed, I called ahead of time and asked for a specific phone I wanted and made appointment. I go in asked for the rep who I spoke with on phone and he was with other customers, waited half hour to wait another hour for him to tell me the phone he said he had for me was connected to another customer and couldn't sell it to me, so we left with him saying he would call me by end of day to let me know what happened with that phone. 2 days later nothing , so went to another Verizon office and had the best service. This ace is a joke.

Well let me tell you, these People are only good for one thing and that’s selling expensive cell phones and the insurance they sell for your cell phones is expensive too and then it’s a third party company. The detectable they charge is nearly the price you paid for the phone. And you have to do all this other stuff just to make a claim and these people can’t and won’t help you with any problems other than just selling the phone they just look at you like they know nothing. It very annoying and makes you very frustrated at them so my suggestion is to go with someone else and don’t bother with these guys.
