Well, I don't have very much time to look for another vet for my girl but I stopped buying my medication there as well. Because they were rude to me when I asked him what the price was, and every time I went back. It was $10 more then $15 more. The last time for the same medications. I paid almost $28 more than the first time I bought medication. And now I get it to a company by mail and I only pay 53.00 And I have also experienced calling them and then not being too nice to me like they don't care about their customers. If they lose them, they must have a lot of customers who put up with it. But I didn't feel like I needed to

Sticker shock followed by a hard sell on a years worth of services.A five minute exam cost $95! Most vets offer an initial exam for free with vaccinations…Then the vaccinations were $55 each!If I would have walked, I would have lost the $95 deposit.Recommended that I let my dog be fully grown before getting her spayed, likely to be able to charge more…This is not the same place that I’ve taken pets to in the past. They have changed, and not for the better.I will not be back.*update*Way overcharged $210 for two booster shots for a puppy!Voiced concerns and got an even worse response. The manager even tried shaming me for the deposit.I will never do any business with any VCA facility

Sticker shock followed by a hard sell to buy a years worth of services on what they claim was a low payment. $95 for a five minute exam our other vet offered first basic one for free. And two shots at $55 a piece!I've never been charged that much at a vet before! $210 at the end and I would have lost a deposit of $95 if I just walked away. Their advice for spay was to wait till she is fully grown, likely so they can charge more...Definitely not the same that they were years ago with other animals. I will not be back.*Update*After emailing them at the address in their response. There was no resolution and no apology for selling my information to a third party without my consent or knowledge that they were doing so with the legally required option to opt out. They laughably offered to transfer her record to another provider as if that five minutes with the vet had any relevant information... No thank you!Downgrading from two to one star preferably zero.

I am highly highly upset with this company. They are very disrespectful to there clients The lady disrespected me on the phone when she called meThere was a misunderstanding, and I try to take care of it three times in the office At my dog’s visit and this was our first time there and nobody would listen and I was trying to explain that to her, and she just straight up told me let’s get past that and said what are you needing very rudely and disrespectfully do not recommend this place at all!, I don’t appreciate being disrespected like this for no reason at all when all I was doing was explaining the situation that happened and I have other vets I can go to and she said OK. Have a great day and hung up like what okay

I really like the fact that they have a fenced in area to let your pet relive themselves before going in. The staff and doctors have always been friendly and helpful. They work with me as best they can.

Very compassionate! Would definitely recommend Dr Smith! The vet tech was amazing too but I didn’t get her name.

Very inconsiderate. After my 13 year old dog passed away I notified the vet and asked to be removed from the mail and email list. 4 months later I’m still getting several mailed and digital notices about my dog each month. VCA has made my grieving process so much worse.

I took my cat Kissa here & it was super hot. I was told I could come in with my cat, but when I arrived the door was locked. I was livid. But confusion was corrected and Dr Smith & Emma were AMAZING!! SUPER CLEAN facility too. Lisa has never been that calm during an exam, not one growl or hiss lol! Caring, kind & so close to my home. Awesome!

Staff is always super helpful and kind, I take all my animals here for everything, last year I had to put down our family dog and their bedside manner was very professional, they even sent us a card after the fact and made us a plaster cast paw print of our once in a lifetime dog

My regular vet has been scheduling appointments out 2 weeks, and saying go to the emergency vet, if your pet needs to be seen earlier. I called about a respiratory infection and Vineyard got me in the next day. The infection came back, and I called this morning, and she was seen at 3:30 this afternoon.Friendly staff, very nice service all the way around. Would recommend....but I'm afraid they'll become overwhelmed and not have room for same day appointments. ...oh, well...?
