Bad service they seem to not know what they are doing. I won’t recommend this place they charging me for a line I’m not using because they explained before the line was cancelled when I got another phone and now they say it was just suspended. The manager is an incompetent person, he won’t try to solve the issue he just kept saying the guy who sold me the phone was already fired and he can’t do nothing about the problem. Now I have to pay $150 dollars for a line they reactivated because they just suspended before and not cancelled it. Not recommended get a better service.

Odaly at this store does not do a good job at running this store. Has no sense of customer service. Doesn’t explain anything well. Contradicts herself in the information she provides. Not helpful at all or willing to work with me for an issue caused by her store.

Horrible service and ever worse customer service. The manager is so rude and tried to ripped us off, and definitely wasnt advocating for me. He just told me im S.O.L, SO i had to do all the leg work for something that i had every right to do. Ill be telling all my family who have to us cellular to switch or just don't go to that location. Made me come back 4 times just to do a simple return. Oh ya! And they said their customer service just tells you want you want to hear and they won't honor what they say. Makes sense

Store closes early, it says us cellular out front and on the employees shirts but theyre not us cellular. Dont ask too many questions or the childish employees will say they're going to trespass you. Never send a girl into this store alone either the boys club will make her feel stupid and they made my gf cry just asking questions.

We've been customers for over 20 years went in today to see about upgrading our plan apparently i asked the wrong question cause the manager jumped down my throat and i just left wont be coming back to this store ever again might just switch to Verizon!!!

The agents are very polite but the company it's only about the money they never tell you everything till enough time has passed so you aren't able to put a claim.

I'm very excited about my new plan and phone. Excellent service from Leo. He helped me pick out the things I need and want. He was very patient in answering my questions. Plus it didn't take long and it was a good atmosphere. The guys were friendly and very helpful.
