Odaly at this store does not do a good job at running this store. Has no sense of customer service. Doesn’t explain anything well. Contradicts herself in the information she provides. Not helpful at all or willing to work with me for an issue caused by her store.

Really bad customer service, while I was in there they were talking bad about another employee & were cussing the majority of the time that I was there

Store closes early, it says us cellular out front and on the employees shirts but theyre not us cellular. Dont ask too many questions or the childish employees will say they're going to trespass you. Never send a girl into this store alone either the boys club will make her feel stupid and they made my gf cry just asking... read full comment
