For the third time in 6 months i have received my package along with five more of my neighbors packages. The first time I delivered them with a smile thinking I would get a Christmas bonus. Second time I took them all back to the ups store with limited hours. This time I still have them. It’s been 1 week. I think you need to come pick them up. RIDICULOUS DELIVERY

Watched a package say "out for delivery" all day. Then after 9pm I get a message saying "delivery attempted" ant they'd try again. I have 3 security cameras telling me UPS is lying. Nobody attempted to deliver. So Saturday morning I decided to go pick it up in Kennewick. Nope.... They're not open until Monday morning. I'm not pleased or impressed.

I live in West Richland and my package is in the Kennewick facility. I've been informed that due to weather or natural disaster, my package is delayed a week. Seriously ridiculous. I wish 0 stars was an option.

The worst service; I ordered some toys at Macys for Christmas and oops confirmed that I had left them at my door and I went out to look for them and they were gone. I imagine they left them in another house. Terrible service, they don't do their job as it should be.

It is a place where the packages you order from any store arrive and they distribute them to homes, and they do provide a very good delivery service.

I tried to droop off my colagard package at the gage ups and they refused. This was after ups failed to deliver my original colorgard to my home, but had reported to as delivered. Colagard then had to send me a second package. In any case, the ups customer center, took the package for its prepaid over night delivery. I will use the ups customer center in the future

Parcel arrived at Kennewick 3-31....and is still sitting there. Should have been delivered 4-1. It's 4-4 and I keep talking to someone in India that I can't understand. Artificial intelligence....is not working

Package delivery companies usually get 1* reviews. Fortunately, our local UPS delivery business seems to be well run. I receive many deliveries and they are almost always on the estimated delivery date and in good condition. UPS is also typically the best value for heavy ground shipping packages. Additionally, the folks at this location have been helpful when I've had questions or they have had to sign for outbound packages. Keep up the great work!

First time at the UPS Customer Center. The folks at the front desk were nice and took care of my request. I appreciated the fact that when I asked about a particular service, the person helping me went and found someone who could help with the requested service.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered something from Amazon and UPS couldn't figure out where to drop my package off at. So I called the number and arranged to pick it up at the facility and paid the extra $7.99 to do that. I then saw on my Amazon account that it said it was ready to pickup so I took time out of my work day to go to this UPS customer center to do that.When I got there the people working didn't acknowledge me for quite a while...while I just stood there waiting. It was quite awkward snd rather rude. Then when they decided to actually ask what I needed I gave them my tracking number. They went and searched in the back for a while then came back out and said it was still on a truck somewhere. They took my phone number and said they'd call when it was back in the warehouse ready to be picked up.I never received a call and after 2 weeks of waiting I contacted Amazon to request a refund stating that UPS lost it. And reorded my item again.From looking at other reviews here all this UPS is good at is losing customers packages. Do better and stop wasting customers time and money.
