Always receive superior customer service! Not only is the staff super helpful, but they help me learn the little “in’s and out’s” with Amazon returns and shipping packages. Highly recommend! And I want to definitely thank the owner, Christine, as she was super helpful with me.

I LOVE this store. The staff and the owner Christine are always helpful and professional. We have a small business and do a lot of shipping. They always take time to inform us on the least expensive way to ship items and they are very personable. I love the way they help support our small business!

Christine is extremely RUDE and acts bothered every time I have a return. I've never had a problem with anyone else that works there. It's obvious that she doesn't want your business. I'm not surprised by all the negative reviews about her. It sounds like Christine is the problem. I will never step foot back in this UPS store! Do yourself a favor and find another store, too. Peace out Christine!

I just did an Amazon return with a woman whose name tag said she was the manager. I asked her if she could please throw away the small bag that it came in and she said she wouldn’t. She said their garbage is too full. There was no garbage in the lobby to place this in. As a patron of the business it seems absolutely ridiculous to not have a garbage receptacle available. Furthermore, to act as if I’m rude for requesting to place a piece of trash in the trash was quite surprising.

I sent a box 88 pounds and pay $211 for shipping then 1 days before arrive to the receiver says the package was damage. 4 days after I received a call from this store to pick up my box. They ask if I was ready to send the box again but I had to paid the shipping again. 1st the box was in perfect condition when drop off at the store. 2nd when I went to pick up my damaged box only have 49 pounds intead the 88. Before to send the box I ask this is my first time sending a package and nobody explain nothing just put my box in a scale and paid.I called UPS Costumer Services and they said the store had to fill the claim with you but they sent me to do that online and also I they printed me a copy when I pick up the box damaged saying that I received the 88 pounds. Never go there again.

*update:You can make excuses for your horrible service all you want. I was actually having a fantastic day as usual. All the other negative reviews don’t lie. Your response is to try to push the blame but that’s not going to work. There’s no excuse for your unfriendliness and bare minimum behavior about this matter. Shame on you.Absolutely awful customer service.Employees do the bare minimum to protect your packages. Unfriendly. Paid for a label and they wouldn’t even tape up the box. They just put the label around it to poorly secure it.Go to the GWay location. They don’t charge for labels and will tape up your package. They are super friendly.

I use this store quite a lot. I have always been assisted as I am older and don't always know how to navigate shipping with phone assist. They make it easy.

I didn’t realize that each UPS Store is individually owned u til today, which makes sense as to why things are different at each one. In addition to charging $3 to tape a small box shut, this particular store wasn’t friendly on entering or leaving. The UPS Store off Rd 68 in Pasco is by far top notch for the TC area.

I have had a mailbox here for three years now. All the staff know me and usually have my mail waiting for me when I enter the building. The convenience and peace of mind knowing that my mail and packages are safe and secure is worth far more to me than having to wait a little bit when things get really busy. Give them a try, they are super friendly and very professional, too!

Blonde chick was super rude, borderline racist. I walked in to drop off a package and waited in line. First man (Caucasian) in front of me and a few others she was super nice to. Then a younger asain girl with her baby came up looking for a package and right off the bat she was rude to her telling her she doesnt know where her package is, not making eye contact, being argumentative. The delivery driver who was sitting around asked her where her package was dropped off at and she told her the Clearwater one. The driver kindly informed her she was at the wrong one and the blonde lady just sigh aggressively and went on to the next customer. The next one being another Caucasian man who she was super friendly to and took care of him right away. Next was my turn. She looked at me (a Hispanic male) and her expression changed from happy to irritated almost immediately. I gave her my packages and she held the scanner as far away as she could and pushed it forward as fast as her hand would let her one time and just simply said "I can't scan these. Your gonna have to print these out somewhere else" I told her I would have to go home and re print them and that no other UPS has ever had a problem with my labels. She then said "well either you can reprint them or you can take them over to the other UPS." I looked at her confused and irritated seeing as how she had treated the other customers and told her to try again. She did and it scanned through no problem. She handed me the tracking number and said next time to print them better so it doesn't happen again. Horrible person. Never going to this one again and if she doesn't end up getting fired, then I hope their branch closes from lack of business
