Great experience after (what felt like) a long stretch of car shopping. Tanner was extremely helpful while not being pushy. No hard sell! Neil in finance was patient and answered all our questions. He somehow managed to find us a percentage rate that was much lower than our credit union quoted us. Paul in finance came through in record time on an urgent request for paperwork that had gone on walkabout. The entire process was so much less stressful than we expected.
The pre-owned car we bought did end up needing some work that was difficult to spot but, fortunately, was still covered under the manufacturers extended warranty. Tanner consistently checked in with us throughout the process to see where it was at and whether we needed additional support. That was much appreciated!
Great experience all around and we'll be checking with Toyota of Tri-Cities first when we're ready to trade up.

i just got a 2024 corolla cross with less the 30 miles on and got a great deal thanks to ted ames. he was so helpful and informative and did everything he could to make sure i walked away happy. i’m beyond excited to drive around my new car thank you ted for you help!

I have been using their service since 2008. I loved coming here to get the oil change until yesterday. With the change in ownership their way of treating and serving customers has changed. First, prices when up drastically. Second, the loyalty discount was canceled. Third, their staff is trained unprofessional. Well, I am not coming back.

We are having an oil change, has been over 2 hours, they say it will take another half hour, then they won't be doing the bumper recal as I have to leave, have apointment. Tons of the same pp still here getting there cars worked on, talk about over booking. This is UNEXEPTABLE to say the least.

Mikki Chandler was the car saleswoman I went with, and she went above and beyond! We knew my process would be lengthy because I was looking for a hybrid and they are not in stock right now. She kept me informed every step of the way, and even ended up finding me a BETTER one than the one I pre-ordered, which fit my wants/needs better. We were able to get in quickly and get it all signed and done. She’s the BEST!

I initially received assistance from Mikki in sales on a mid Sunday afternoon. She was very understanding & helpful providing assurance she will personally follow up with me in the morning. She then called to make sure I was seen & taken care of. She had gone above & beyond typical customer service. Thank you Mikki! Although, I spent the whole day waiting for my car to get service I was taken care of by the waiting area hostess with refreshments & treats. The service department worked as quickly as they could and were able to save me some funds for my some of the services needed. Thank you to the Toyota Team Members!

Just drove home in a 2025 Toyota Camry LE purchased from Toyota of Tri Cities in Kennewick WA. My wife and I were very pleased with the buying experience at this dealership and especially enjoyed working with Carter Loongo who listened to and acted on our choices. I was extremely pleased with the prompt service received by the dealership on my appointment today. Was told exactly what was to be done, asked about any other issues or questions I might’ve had and given a time by which to expect it to be finished by. They delivered on everything and was done way before I expected. Awesome work!!!!

I've called three times this week trying to reach service and the phone just rings off the hook. Not great customer service when you can't do the most basic of customer service functions.....answer the phone.

I honestly wish I could click 5 stars 5 more times. Mikki and Chris has been amazing helping my family recover from a total loss collision. They help us get into an amazing vehicle that will be with us for many years to come. We loved Betty but we have falling absolutely in love with the Ford Edge. Thank u both so much for everything u did and continue to do everyday. Oh and please Alfonso that said he would run and catch my wig on this very windy day. He's a champ with that one lol. You are all such awesome folks. I'm so happy to be apart of the Toyota family. Thank u guys again.
