If you are a sprint customer they treat you like the plague and just try and push you off to phone services and tell you theres nothing they can do in store. The gentleman with the beard didn't even listen to me when i tried talking about my issue just handed me a piece of paper with a phone number on it and told me to call. Cant wait to switch to a different phone service.

Nightmare. Just paid again! Paid over a year for phone used 2 weeks by my DECEASED child. In store, customer service Philippines, another store, corporate. Still trying. Still paying. I HATE t mobile. My son DIED 10/08/2020. I paid double in hopes I never have to talk to T-Mobile again. About $1,500 for 2 weeks service and outdated basic equipment. At least 6 in person and about 12 calls. Monthly trauma.

Representative by the name of Jenn was absolutely so rude and no help at all. Kept interrupting me everytime I would say something and took no time to even look up my account and help me with any issues I was having. Would rather transfer me to someone else instead of helping me. While I love T-Mobile I would never go to this store and get help from her, if she even would try and help. 0/10.

One bad experience after another. Phone sales take a lot of time, therefore you sit, (if you can find a seat) and wait sometimes for an hour. There are busy times I understand. I have arrived when there is one or two of us waiting and one or two being assisted and you wait for 30 minutes. The phone service in our local area has been terrible for months. My family and my extended family have had our sim cards changed twice due to dropped calls, one way communications and no internet connections. One employee told me a cell tower was sabotaged. Several admitted the merger of Sprint and T Mobile is going badly. With 7 TMobile phones in our family of all different models, you would expect one to work properly. That is not the case.Waiting for service I hear the excuses and "spin" the sales staff repeat again and again. I am going back to Verizon. They are much more expensive, but the phones worked when I was with Verizon before. I switched to TMobile and now I really regret it!

I have been paying for the best plan with insurance on my phone and cellular service on my Apple Watch since i started with t-mobile. My first time filing a claim however, for a broken screen, was a nightmare. I was greeted upon entering and asked what I needed. I said that I wanted my screen fixed asap so that my phone would be water resistant again to which the technician fixing my phone said nothing. Her coworkers told me there were no appointments and that the technician was free and that it probably wouldn't take long which I was happily surprised by. It wasn't true. Technician said I needed to come back in two hours and that it would take an hour to fix my phone. I came back and came back again and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes after an hour and a half and even with the extra sitting time was never told my phone would now not be guaranteed water resistant due to the phone screen being replaced. Flash forward a few weeks and I got splashed with water by my nephew. I didn't know what was wrong just that my phone wasn't working so I brought it in again. A new technician explained it was water damaged and now worthless. Worthless. A splash of water, not a submergence or anything like that, fried my "water resistant" phone. 100 dollar insurance fee later and he said apple overnights the phone so my phone would likely arrive overnight. That was on Thursday it is now Monday. When I came into the store to ask if my phone was done they said they'd call me when it was????? On what phone??? My phone is BROKEN. A comedic tragedy. I pay for an apple watch with cellular service.... that isn't receiving messages or calls or working without wifi or allowing me to contact non iMessage numbers. What a horrible experience. If I knew my phone was no longer water resistant when it was fixed, I never would have even brought it by water. If I knew it would take over 4 days to get my insurance replacement I would have just upgraded and bought a whole new phone. Communicate with your customers more effectively and if you can't do that give them CORRECT printed out information.

Terrible customer service. My daughter went there to resolve some issues, they did not handle the account correctly. She went back later for more assistance, the were extremely rude to her and told her there was nothing more they could do. I left work early and went there with her. Again, the agent was rude. Told us we had to wait for 45 to 50 minutes. I got on the phone with T mobile customer care and after an hour they resolve our issue. The agents at the store never came back to assist us. Do not go to this location. If 0 stars were an option that's what I would leave.

Worst larger know cellphone company ever! You couldn't pay me ANY amount of money to give them my patronage. Their wording for their leases and contracts are beyond sketchy. They have no policies in place protecting their customers accounts. Trying to get my spouces account clear from them is nothing but a nightmare. And!!!! Don't get a multiline plan with T-Mobile/Sprint with someone who even MITE dip out because they will let someone port their number to a new carrier with out paying off the phone. They will leave the phone balance with no active line for the account holder to pay for.

Been with Sprint for 20 Years. And I really appreciate the Manager Joe at the Grandridge Store in Kennewick.
