There wasn't much soap when using the brush. The vacuum took my quarters and didn't turn on. I will never go back there.

The owner gets upset when you use his change machine. Unfortunately the smallest bill I had at the time was a $20. Not a problem as the machine accepts up to 20 dollar bills. However the owner saw me cashing out this $20 bill and asked me “what are you doing with my quarters”? I’m pretty sure they are now mine as I just cashed them out. However I played nice and use I’m using them to clean my truck. He responded “you’re using all of the 20 dollars”? The plan was to use most of it however my plan changed quickly after being blindsided by the owner. At this point I simply got into my truck and left. I’d rather give my business to another car wash even if it means spending more money. Also, keep in mind this was the first time I had ever been to this specific car wash. Overall it was a very poor experience and I would highly recommend avoiding Snods car wash.

I only use this car wash because it's 25 cents to start I spend about 3dollars. There's always people whom are under the influence of something they're it gives it a bad vibe.pick the time of day wisely to go there

Snods is the best do-it-yourself car wash in Kennewick! It's only .25 to start the water/soap (and I believe a quarter per minute after). I've taken my vehicles here for years and never had an issue with the equipment. A brush with soap is also available if you really want to scrub your vehicle. Vacuums work great. They also have air freshners and other cleaning options available for purchase.The man who's typically there is friendly too. Highly recommend this place.

The wand runs for less than a munute for 25 cents. However, you can wash and rinse your car for $1.50 compared to Bulldog Car Wash in Pasco- which costs you TWO DOLLARS ?? to even get the wand to run.

I have never had my car washed at Jiffy Car Wash, but if their customer service is an indicator of their services, WOW!! Amazing!! Top Notch!! Customer service seems to be really lacking these days, to say I was impressed, is an understatement. If you feel like reading my novel, detailing what happened it is below. If not, just know this: the family who owns and operates this car wash are wonderful, thoughtful and kind!! It’s the perfect opportunity to support our locally owned businesses. Here’s my story…. I called to get the price of a gift certificate for my step dad for Christmas. We discussed prices/services. I let her know I would be there before 5pm, closing time. Turns out they were closing early that day, (in about 30 minutes)due to maintenance. I said “ok, I will be there first thing in the morning” She offered the option of paying over the phone saying they could mail the gift certificate. I declined, explaining I needed it the very next day for our Christmas party. She said “I don’t want this to be a hassle for you. We will wait for you” I thanked her immensely and let her know it would be close to 5pm before I could get there. “No problem, I’ll let my mom know you are coming” I thanked her again and told her how much I appreciated them waiting for me. It doesn’t end there…I arrived a few minutes before 5pm. I made my purchase and I asked if they knew my step dad; he is a devoted regular! Nothing was sounding familiar, neither Mom or daughter could recall my step dad. I shared a story with the daughter about my 2 year old daughter having Down syndrome and that my step dad had also had a daughter with Down syndrome who had passed some years ago. I said “thank you, good night and Merry Christmas” As I’m backing out, I see someone running through the building and I thought to myself “is she coming out here to me?” Turns out she was…..The daughter yells “wait!! We know who your step dad is” At this time the Mom is now at my car door also explaining “yes! We know your step dad” When I had left, the daughter shared my story with her Mom. When she heard the Down syndrome part, she immediately knew who he was. She said “he is a wonderful sweet man” which I agreed. She then says “I know your Mom too, if those are your parents, you are very blessed!! I agreed again…wholeheartedly!! She then asks for my gift certificate, only to return it with an upgrade in services. I was so touched and grateful. I thanked them again and drove off with a big smile on my face and heart filled with gratitude. So the next time you need your car washed, this is the place to go! I know I will!!

If you go take pictures before hand!!! They caused significant damage to the interior of my daughter's car and then claimed it hadn't been cleaned there. They used a gift certificate and they didn't fullfill it, they did the bare minimum and still managed to damage the seat!
