“I recently stopped in to Mail N Stuff ten minutes before their closing time ONLY to inquire about their lamination services. The super friendly owner, named Ari, explained the process and then indicated that he’d be more than happy to take on my project, right then and there, knowing it was a good size job and would definitely take him well past closing time to complete. He wound up staying 40 minutes past closing time to finish the job. I was completely blown away by his sense of commitment to service and the customer. He did a fantastic job and all with a smile. I honestly couldn’t thank him enough. And he, in turn, simply thanked me for my patronage. It’s very rare to find that kind of customer service these days. But, you’ll definitely find it at Mail N Stuff on 27th Ave in Kennewick. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my mailing needs. …and you shouldn’t, either. Thanks again, Ari!! ?”
“I have been to the UPS store on Clearwater Ave.twice now n both times KYRA helped me. She is soo awesome!! I had to return 3 boxes full of rugs n I’m not very techy with my phone. She was soo patient n kind with me!! It meant a lot to me as sometimes I get very anxious dealing with this kind of thing. Bless her heart for making me feel so taken care of. “We had an order delivered to our office today. Our parking lot is not very big and the driver, George, had to park about a block away and he delivered the pallet (that was not light? by pulling the pallet on the jack around to the front of our building. He was nothing but kind even though it was a huge imposition in several ways for him.I also spoke to a couple of people in the office and they too were very kind when the imposition was on the part of the department here who ordered. Thank you”
“I tried to droop off my colagard package at the gage ups and they refused. This was after ups failed to deliver my original colorgard to my home, but had reported to as delivered. Colagard then had to send me a second package. In any case, the ups customer center, took the package for its prepaid over night delivery. I will use the ups customer center in the future”
