It was a very rude experience, Abele was not willing to help me, and my sister at the register also had a very rude voice tone, which was not nice at all! Upon asking for a bag, he told us that they didn't have any in stock, but when Manager Claudia came to assist us, she offered us a bag and helped us with our transaction. Thank you Claudia for being nice

I went in today to get a new Nars foundation and to be color matched. I asked an associate for help her name was Ali Lazo, I asked which of two foundations I was asking her about was a better choice I knew she might ask questions about my skin type to try and give me the best recommendation but instead she just started to talk about how bad my acne was and how it looks like I don’t take care of my skin. I looked at my friend shocked that she really just told me that and then she continued to talk about my acne and she told me that I should get rid of my acne before just throwing foundation over it to try and cover my acne. I have never felt so embarrassed about my acne till now. Someone needs to train that girl on not just how to be a better employee but an overall just kinder person.

Jaedea has the worst customer service. She has better things to do than help you. Find someone else if there not to busy standing around talking. But when you go purchase she's quick to say she's the one who helped you. When indeed she took her sweet time to do so.

Came in to find a new foundation and one of the workers was great she helped me color match, until one of the other workers who looked about late 20s early 30s with a Fanny pack bumped into me twice with her bum while I was shopping around and didn’t apologize until the third time I ran into her, then she cut off a customer “ugh sorry” and turned to snap at my sister in law and I trying to find a foundation shade right next to her,she was incredibly rude towards us and we did not appreciate her following us afterwards asking if we needed help, to make us feel “welcomed” after her attitude towards us which made us leave across the street to Ulta, hoping to come in next time with a better experience

I love the store and usually the staff is very helpful but today was different. I was looking at a product to buy and the associate who was helping another customer came up to the same products as me, which usually isn’t a problem at all. But the associate almost literally pushed me out of the way to sell products to the customer she was helping. I politely moved out of the way a little, but then the associate came into my personal space even more to grab over me. I honestly am never bothered by moving for others, but I couldn’t even look at what I came into the store for. I moved out of the way for them, waited for some time, waiting patiently, but ended up just having to leave the store. The gal that checked me out at the register asked if I was helped, I said no and started to shortly explain what happened, but she then cut me off to tell me my total. I’m a patient customer, but I probably will not physically step into the Kennewick WA store again, I’ll do pick up.

My mother bought makeup on 12/24. Decided it wasn’t her color and lost the receipt. They told her even though it’s 99.9% full they couldn’t do anything for her. The cashiers never asked her to open an account, which would allow them to search the purchase by phone number. Sephora needs to have a better return policy. She was even find with store credit. But I’m sure since she’s older they didn’t care to ask her to setup an account. Ulta is the way to go!

If there's anyone who can talk to you about make up it's SUGAR. I was fascinated by her kindness and knowledge when I asked her which type of blush she'd recommend for my skin tone, and let me tell you I never loved a blush in my 24 years of life like the one she recommended and applied to me! Her skills and personality make her outstand the rest of the employees working there. Someone needs to give her a raise and make her the SEPHORA MANAGER. Thank you Sugar:)

I came in just to do a return and maybe check out the rare beauty blushes in a pinch I ended up getting the new fenty lip stain and Let me just say that Val has incredibly AMAZING customer service skills! She was energetic, attentive and very bubbly it makes you want to return just to get her help! She was juggling about 6 girls all at once seamlessly this girl needs praise and a raise!!! 10/10 recommending this location to EVERYBODY
