“Great storage facility. The staff is very nice. The prices for units are more than fair. The facility is clean and secure. They have large garage doors that you can pull into and unload/load so you aren't out in the weather. They also have different sized carts available for use when moving your stuff in or out.”

“Personally never rented from here but… I pass this place every day. The sign out front is the best part of my drive. So funny and it always changes. I just wanted to give this place a shout out for the best sign in the Tri-Cities. One day going to work the sign was off, I waited and waited and finally!! A new sign I think the last one said “ I’m just waiting for SHEIN to start selling houses”. I giggle every time I pass. I would say if I need storage they are the first place I’m going!”
“I came with a uhaul almost at closing time and they were able to fully accommodate last minute changing me to a larger unit after hours, when I forgot to change cards on auto pay they worked with me and waited a week, the manager keeps the place very tidy and is professional and her office smells divine always. She’s a hard worker that keeps your stuff safe all hours. Thankful for my 1.5 year stay and will use again if needed and highly recommend.”
“Just signed up for a 10x15 storage unit with Cottonwood Self storage. So far so good! You’ll be charged the flat rate for the unit, $29 for the entrance fee (which comes with a great quality lock free), and then you’ll need tenant insurance which they provide or you provide yourself.Overall very easy to sign up and get started. You can do it all online and then go in to pick up lock at your convenience.Pictures are of the 10x15 unit.”

“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”

“My daughter's father passed away sometime ago. He's had a unit at this facility for many years. Chris, who works there is an absolute wonder with the magic he works for his customers. I would rent a unit from him anytime. If I no longer had a unit there I make sure I stopped by on occasion just to say "hello". There should be more people like Chris in this world, it would be a better place. He is a genuine good soul, thank you Chris at vista park for all you have done. As I stated you are and have a good soul. I do consider you a friend.
