“I came with a uhaul almost at closing time and they were able to fully accommodate last minute changing me to a larger unit after hours, when I forgot to change cards on auto pay they worked with me and waited a week, the manager keeps the place very tidy and is professional and her office smells divine always. She’s a hard worker that keeps your stuff safe all hours. Thankful for my 1.5 year stay and will use again if needed and highly recommend.”
“The storage units are well built and security is great. The doors, however, are difficult to open and the lock slides don't easily fit into the slot. It's always a struggle locking up after I pull the door back down. And this is the same for all three units that I rent.”

It's brand new so it's clean and well-maintained and extremely secure. In this moment in time, with so much up in the air, it's GREAT they work with you on late and missed payments. “Just signed up for a 10x15 storage unit with Cottonwood Self storage. So far so good! You’ll be charged the flat rate for the unit, $29 for the entrance fee (which comes with a great quality lock free), and then you’ll need tenant insurance which they provide or you provide yourself.Overall very easy to sign up and get started. You can do it all online and then go in to pick up lock at your convenience.Pictures are of the 10x15 unit.”

“Personally never rented from here but… I pass this place every day. The sign out front is the best part of my drive. So funny and it always changes. I just wanted to give this place a shout out for the best sign in the Tri-Cities. One day going to work the sign was off, I waited and waited and finally!! A new sign I think the last one said “ I’m just waiting for SHEIN to start selling houses”. I giggle every time I pass. I would say if I need storage they are the first place I’m going!”

“We have rented at least one unit here for the last 8 years or so, we were there when the current owner took over. When Travis took over ownership, the grounds were cleaned up, and the fence and gates were improved. Travis, the current owner, is a very friendly, pleasant person who actually knows most of his clientele by name, or face. He will bend over backwards to help anyone, and during the difficult times when the new gates were being installed, he was available 24/7 to assist any way he could. If you are in need of a clean, secure storage unit, there are several sizes to fit your need. Make the trip to Finley to check them out. You won’t be disappointed!!!!! A 5 star business for sure!!!!!!”

“Wish our Home Depot had the customer service we experienced here today. The Hermiston store was out of the brackets for our shelves we are putting up. Since we were headed to Tri Cities anyway decided to stop and see if they did. We had no less than 4 people ask if we needed any help. They actually walked me to where they were. In Hermiston they see you coming and they run the other way. Not that there aren't some nice people there.”
