It's usually been a reasonably good buying experience, but this time they lost a family of customers. I've spent nearly $1000 in the last 9 months on parts to repair bikes that I picked up. I dropped $600 on a bike that was my third choice (because their online inventory hasn't been updated in 2 years). I brought in a Giant Sedona that was in great condition (the owner even said so) and they offered an insulting $75 for it... "because it's outdated with 26" wheels and no disc brakes". I was prepared to accept $100 just to knock down the price of the new one, but $75 is just ridiculous! I'll be going to Allegro Cyclery located at 200 E. Main Street in Walla Walla from now on.

These guys are certainly bicycle pros and are enthusiastic about everything from road bikes to mountain bikes. Seems like they had a pretty good selection of ebikes as well. Two thumbs up on the hard tail Giant I took home.

Excellent service! Came in with a worn-out bike with broken spoke, rusty chain, and even rustier brake wire. Got it all fixed up in a day.

Initially I was happy that they held a bike for me for about a week. But then when I experienced factory errors, they didn't fix it, they ignored it entirely. They have a policy that they'll fix or add upgrades to new bikes you buy from them. So I brought my bike in less than a month after buying to fix or replace the axle, and to add some parts. They neglected to address the factory error, which was a bent axle. When I contacted them, they said they just forgot. And they don't seem willing to fix the problem at all. All they keep saying is to come in to the shop Anson and again, when it's a 3 hour trip for me.So I had another shop fix my bike, since my time, my money, and them honoring their warranty are not worth their time, but expect me to expend hours upon hours for bad service. The MOST IMPORTANT reason i went to to them was them to fix my axle under warranty, and the boss of the shop said it looked fine. I had Two Other shops look at it(Reborn in Richland, and Greenies in Richland) and they both immediately noticed the axle was bent causing damage to a bearing. My conclusion is that because I told them how far I lived, they didn't care to honor the warranty because they figured I wouldn't be back again.I advise buying a bike ANYWHERE else if you care about truth and honesty and righteousness.

These guys go all out with customer service. I'm super happy to buy bikes and get them serviced here. When you buy a bike, they do free work for an entire year!!! My first bike from these guys was 18 years ago. And my most recent is just a few days ago. I'll keep coming back!

Needed a new front fork after somehow breaking the brace on it. They hooked me up the next day with a new one that is much better than the old one. Great job. Thanks again.

Took my fairly expensive ebike in to have new tires put on it. When I went in to pick it up. I noticed there were zip ties on the spokes. I ask what the deal was with the zip ties? Store person said “oh yeah, we “found”four broken spokes.”(Which turned out to be 5) additionally, I noticed my display was twisted to the side because it was missing a screw. I rode my bike the morning I took it in. There is no way I wouldn’t have noticed 5 broken spokes flapping around, let alone my display tweeked. I’ve been a customer for a long time so I’m torn writing this review. In all honesty. This is the first issue I’ve ever had at Scott’s Cycle.

Service was great until after the bike purchase was made. Then no call to say my bike was ready. When I went in to get my bike it was pulled out to the check stand and the employees all went to the repair area. No help loading my bike, no offer to sell me a kick stand, no offer to sell me a bike helmet. These items and my bike rack will be purchased elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

My entire family has been shopping with Scott's for decades at both the Hermiston and Kennewick locations. Service and products are out of this world and have recommended to friends on numerous occasions. Will definitely be returning to see what's on the shelf's next
