On the way to Las Vegas on the Highway 93 from Washington State, a semi truck with a trailer thew a rock at my windshield. It created a large crack reaching from the top right of the passenger side, all the way to the drivers side.I booked an appointment with Safelight AutoGlass when I got back home to Washington State. I booked the appointment on their website, and It was very easy to do so. The Safelite technician arrived to the address and time I had set, and did a great job installing the new windshield. Very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The price on the new windshield was very competitive with other companies, but i am glad I chose Safelite. I am a satisfied customer.Thank you Safelite!!! Keep up the good work.100% Recommend Safelite AutoGlass

Recently, I've had two experiences repairing windshield rock chips with Safelite, one at their Kennewick location, and one at my home. Both times.the technicians completed the work in a timely fashion, and the results were great. Being able to fix the windshield saved time and money, and the results make the windshield look like new again.

They are scheduling appointments then you drop your car off and following day when it's time to pick it up, they notify me that they don't have windshield in stock. Appointment was made more than a week in advance! No apologies from them either! They have financial deal with insurance company to give you cheaper glass.

Appointment was for 2pm. They said it would take 2 hours. They were done in 1 hour 50 minutes. Picked it up no problem. Great job.

I had a confirmed appointment on this branch but when I got there after driving for an hour, the female front desk told me that there's a problem with the windshield that they will install. Wasted my time, she could've told me when I told her that I'm coming for the scheduled time. Bad service. Satellite should fire her for a terrible service!

5 scheduled visits and nothing done but removing my windshield and left me high and dry. First visit the didn't text before arriving, as requested. They stated they couldn't do the replacement until small rust bubbling(above windshield area) was fixed. Investigated the rust issue and discovered it to be very minor. Prepped, cleaned, and bodywork fixed those spots. Rescheduled...They didn't show up for 2nd appointment. Said their was a mistake in assigning it to a tech.3rd scheduled visit while I was out of town I left the car in the driveway with key in vehicle. They showed up and removed the windshield, but found 2 more holes the size of the option button on a ps4 controler. They put plastic wrap over the window, ruining the clear coat that was applied 2 days before.Fixed those 2 holes, going all out with sanding, wire blasting, bodyfiller and metal mesh. 2 coats of rust preventative primer, 2 coats of body paint. Dried several days. Then rescheduled. They didn't even show up for the 4th time, they broke the windshield transporting it several times. My frustrations mounting.5th scheduled visit the tech called the time he was supposed to show up saying he didn't have the molding. Also asked about the process of repair. Said his Manager would call me. After 4 hrs of waiting I called and got ahold of the Manager. First person that I felt was going to get things done instead of dodging. He said he'd call the tech and get back to me in 5 minutes.... 2 hrs later. I call back in and chase him down. He says he will get me rescheduled for the following day.6th visit the tech comes out, picks at the left over urathane they didn't remove and says he can't get adhesion to put the glass in. I would need to call a different company because they are held to a higher standard, liability, yada yada yada. I had to point out the actual spot that was repaired. This place left me without a windshield and no way to drive it legally to another shop. Limiting my options. Conclusion: the communication is sporadic. They only will repair cars if conditions are perfect. Basically ...Safelite won't repair or replace.

I had to take a day off of work, they rescheduled the appt the day of. I had to make an appt for the next week, they showed up and installed it. To install you have to remove trim and what not. After the tech left there was a broken piece of trim and two screws sitting on my center console. The screws were from a different trim piece, not the broken one. Now once you sit in the rig you can see all of the ugly sealant/adhesive they use. I called and talked with customer service. They can either get me in in two weeks (so a third day of work), or come to my house and scrape the extra sealant off. I’ll never be back. Amateurs all the way around

I had a rear quarter window replaced in my 2013 jeep wrangler by this safelite in kennewick and they decided to cut the paint on my hard top while doing the work that I paid for and left glue residue all over the place. On top of that the window isn't installed correctly. Mike and Emma know about it and they admitted to it but didn't want to tell me prior to picking up my vehicle that I trusted them to work on. I highly suggest anyone needing to get a window replaced in there vehicle they look for a professional because the safelite in kennewick isn't that

Other than having to wait a few days for them to order the windshield specific to my car (which is understandable, as I know they can't carry every windshield in their inventory on site), everything was wonderful! The technician arrived early (we had the home service repair) and had everything changed out in no time. Will continue to use Safelite for our auto glass needs

We were on our way to Mount Rainier when we got a sizable chip in our van windshield, the Yakima location was the closest to us so we made an appointment for the next day. The whole process was quick and easy, the front desk associate and the techs were friendly, and they did a great job! You can barely see where the chip was, highly recommend for chip repair.

Asked for my back passenger window glass to be replaced and was told the window motor was broken, needing more work and parts (which would have doubled the estimated cost of the repair). We had never had any troubles with the window function prior to taking it into the shop. They told me I'd get a call with a new quote for the additonal part and labor and was ghosted. I couldn't get through to the local shop because corporate diverts real called. All in all, it didn't feel like an honest assessment by the technician to me, so I got a second opinion. The second company found there to be nothing wrong with the motor other than noticing it had been messed with by someone else. Cost us to get it re-aligned after Safelite technician messed with it, but the motor didn't need to be replaced (which is also frustrating since it was caused by Safelite but I have no way to prove it).I don't like dishonesty. I will never recommend this Safelite shop to anyone.Update: did gets follow-up call on the part to complete the service. I expressed my concerns about what had happened. Spoke with the manager that had given me the info from the technician. Sounds like it was an honest oversight due to a standard protocol followed by the technician. In the future it would have been nice to have the process explained/more transparency so it wasn’t assumed the part was broken when it wasn’t but rather they needed to do further inspection to determine if more work was needed. In the end I’m still glad I went with someone else since the service was more transparent with the other company, and the cost was also significantly better with quality work and service.

Had a rock chip repaired. Great work! I find it funny that the two times I've been here, I've had to drive the car into their shop for them since they didn't know how to drive a manual. I actually appreciate them letting me do it rather than them destroying my clutch trying to do it themselves.

Absolute scam artists. DO NOT- FOR ANY REASON- take your vehicle here. They take no responsibility, they do not care about the quality of the jobs they do, and they truly lowered the value of my entire vehicle by having their reckless and careless employees even touch it. Would NEVER EVER use them again under any circumstance.

Safelite in Kennewick Wa. Is the place to go for a broken windshield. Cracked or broken they are the best. Quick, courtesy, nice people. Very clean atmosphere.
