Jason took incredible care of my automotive needs. Recently I have been getting burned by a couple mechanics and I was referred to these guys.
Just as promised he services things perfectly, in the same day, went the extra mile to do other things for my truck and all for a really fair price.
Some mechanics will nickel and dime you.
Not these guys.
Already scheduling a second appointment!

long story here.. but a good one! my car was all kinds of messed up when i brought it into jason roy. it needed a new tailgate due to the back windshield being broken which was stressing me life out of me at the time and other minor body work. i brought my embarrassing vehicle to him for an oil change. upon looking at and working on my vehicle he went out of his way and found me a tailgate from a yard and offered to install it for me. which mind you he doesn't really offer body work as a service but he went out of his way to help me out. as a 23 year old woman i don't make a lot of money and this car issue was a HUGE stressor in my daily life. take your vehicle to him for anything!! his mission stament of "honest work, at honest prices" could not be more true, i am so thankful to have found his shop, he saved me more than $8,000, in vehicle repairs. i will definitely be returning in the future.Services: Body & Trim

Called Roy's Garage from the side of the road after I lost a belt, he said he could fix it and I brought it in. He had it fixed the next day at a very low price, I could hardly believe it. Best money I've ever spent, it's great that awesome and honest mechanics are out there. 10/10, amazing service!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Roy is the real deal. Honest one man show. Just got back from his shop and the price was less that his quote. He's extremely knowledgeable and does what's best for his customers.

Let me start by saying this company deserves 25 stars!! I've been to many mechanics and shops in the tri-cities the last 25 years. Most of them do a great job the first few times to gain your trust & business, unfortunately they fall backwards and end up doing worse in the future. Then you are back to square one. But Jason from Roy's Garage is different from all the others. I fist used them about 4 years ago by recommendations from co-workers. Thru countless times I have taken my vehicles or have recommended others to go there, I have never once had or heard about a bad experience with this company. His motto is "honest work at honest prices", I truly believe he stands behind this statement. I seldom write reviews unless I receive terrible service or get ripped off by the few bad apples out there in business. But let me make no mistake when I tell you that you will not find a more honest, dependable & affordable mechanic who will do a better job. If you have a need for any auto mechanic services give Jason a call, you won't be disappointed.

The owner got my vehicle in, diagnosed and back on the road with warm air blowing in my face for the first time in years! It took only 30 minutes with no charge. Super nice guy. I have had oil changes and other minor repairs done here in the past and the service is excellent, prompt, and well priced.

There's 16 out of 22 five star reviews from women for a reason! This garage/car repair place is fair, honest, prompt and non-condesending to women! Thank you! This place has been voted the #1 best garage in the Tri-Cities in the last few TCH polls! I can see why!! ?

Jason did a great job on my truck. Did a very thorough inspection on my truck and found some maintenance items that I'll be scheduling him to take off. Recognized I don't drive my truck much and told me they should be done in the near future, but they are ok for now. Nice to find a honest mechanic and even better fair prices.

I drive A TON for work in my personal vehicle (see recent examples lol) and as a woman, having a vehicle I can trust to get me there and back safely is PRICELESS! Jason does a great job helping me prioritizing my repairs and takes care of our entire fleet of vehicles! I would trust NO ONE else with my family's safety, thank you for all you do Jason!

I went to Roy's garage to have my car looked at to see what I needed to fix up on it. I just bought this vehicle a couple weeks ago and let me tell you Roy's garage was very professional and very vocal and went through every detail that is wrong with my car! It's not much but a few things I do have to get fixed. I will be going back to get all these things done! If ur looking for an honest mechanic than look no further hes your guy!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere at Roy’s Garage! The service was excellent and I am planning to go back there for any future car service needs. Jason was amazing. Answered all of my questions.
