I had one of The best customer service experiences at this Rite Aid with the young lady, Jackie. Who is a team leader or a manager was one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a Rite Aid. She was so helpful and so friendly. I was having a hard time and needed assistance. She walk by just to greet me, but then assisted me. I won’t go into the issue. But she just put all my worries aside and was able to assist me like no one has ever helped me at any drugstore. She was incredibly patient and so friendly and nice to deal with. Not something you see every day, especially in the drugstore chain. She’s truly an asset to this Rite Aid location. I always look forward to seeing her when I come in.

I dont review stores but they made me mad enough to do so, I tried getting my medication BEFORE the date I was sent telling me it would be sent back to the shelf cause I couldn't get a ride right as it was filled and when I went in to get it they told me they already shelved it. Not only that but the employee that was supposed to be helping me talked over me the whole and wouldn't let me ask any questions and just started repeating herself. I couldn't even get a word in other than to tell her yes I would like it refilled. That's all she would let me say otherwise.Tldr: rude staff and shelving medicine before the dates they give out to customersNot ok

Photo is about an accurate wait time for window pick up of RX's. Although 24 hr pharmacy is very convenient, pharmacy always seems short staffed. The person handling window pick up always has to take counter pick up as well as answering phones. Which makes wait time longer. Staff is less then friendly, always seem in a rush, not to helpful in person or over the phone. Wish they had a little it more patience & sympathy for those that are I'll or with I'll children. Entire outside area has homeless scattered surrounding the building. Homeless often hang out inside. Mostly it would be nice if pharmacy staff took some training in courtesy & friendly customer service.

The absolute disrespect and lack of professionalism from the pharmacy is scary. The have laughed and hung up on both my wife and I and that's just the start. I understand your job may be stressful but if you can't handle the heat you need to get out of the kitchen. You are dealing with peoples medical supplies....supplies to LIVE in some cases. I don't feel an ounce of humanity from this place, and recommend everyone switches to another pharmacy as they obviously are too busy to care for their customers.

I wasn't greeted appropriately nor is a 12 hour turnaround on a antibiotic prescription within standards."BIRTDATE" Was the only thing grunted to me , after stating my birthdate I was told my prescription electronically submitted to them 7 hour's before I arrived at the store would be an additional 5 hour's. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy

I made an appointment for vaccines. I arrived on time and looked for signs indicating where to go, but all they had was prescription drop off and pick up. Nothing regarding vaccines. I proceeded to sit in the chairs of waiting area, no one was there. In just a minute or so they called someone and a gentleman came up, went inside and came out almost immediately. I waited 10 minutes before approaching the staff at the counter. It was then they told me that I needed to check in where they do prescription consults. I walked there and explained that I was on time but no where did it indicate I was to go there first. They said no problem and they would get me in. I went back to waiting area for another 10 minutes and nothing. Mind you they were still not busy, only one person at the counter. I left, what is the point of making an appointment if they won't see you on appointment time? Yes, they did not know I was there due to their lack of guidance. Even so, why was I still waiting 10 minutes later when they were not busy at all (which is a shocker, they are so slow that I never use them for prescriptions). They called me 45 minutes after my appointment time to ask if I was still in the store because they had called my name and I wasn't at the counter. I told them I got tired of waiting and would go someplace else, all the pharmacist said was "ok", no apology or nothing. What terrible customer service.

Don't normally have terrible interactions with people while conducting business but today was one of those days. I scheduled an appointment for a covid vaccine and off the bat the staff member that attended me was rude. I decided to then walk out after waiting 30 minutes even though I was on time. Once I arrived home the same lady that was rude called me with the same attitude. If you decide to schedule an appointment and check in with someone who is rude off the bat then I would suggest you turn around and go some place else. Will not be returning, good thing Wallgreens is right across the street from here.

I only use the pharmacy drive thru. Today they were so rude, didn’t greet me at the window, then didn’t give me my prescription and didn’t know until I was almost home ( i don’t live close to it) I called the pharmacy and asked by the pharmacist was so rude, would apologize for her wrong doing and wouldn’t address the other staff’s attitudes, the cashier wouldn’t not communicate at all with me other than asking me for money.

Extremely poor service at the pharmacy. Rude people that leave you standing and waiting. The store manager was no help and made lame excuses. The pharmacy and poor service is a reflection of management.

Hanna is the best employee I've come into contact with in your store. Been a customer since you opened well over 30 years ago. She is friendly, empathetic, kind and always working hard when I come in. She has to deal with a lot of unruly customers at night and deserves a holiday bonus for just being a wonderful person no matter what is going on in the store around her. I appreciate her great customer service. Sadly you let another girl go, also one of your best. I enjoy seeing her at WinCo now. You lost a gem there, hope you don't lose this one!

I was leery when I needed a pharmacy after hours after seeing the negative reviews, but after talking to the tech (I believe his name was Nate) I was put as ease. I was told when my meds would be ready and it was a completely seamless process. Thank you for being awesome!

Not a bad place open 24 hrs. So if u need something great place to pick up. And if emergency docs release ya and give u meds to start that night and u don't mind driving 9.0 miles to kenn to get them filled. Or wait till ur reg one opens ìn the morning.

They give you a time but they still give you a three hour more just for eye drops
