Pharmacy has changed into people that do not even want to look at your face when you speak. Lack of regard towards etiquette is offensive. Came 3 times to pick up prescription and it's now 1:31am and our prescription is STILL not ready. When I asked why now? She said no one left her a note from early shift!No empathy or regard.

This location must have terrible training, no one seems to know how to do their job. I had to go to the store three times to get an RX filled and still didn't get it. They couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance and were going to make me pay out-of-pocket. I agreed to do so, so that I wouldn't have to come back but they still hadn't filled the RX several hours after it had been called in. While I waited for them to fill it, I called my Dr and had them send the RX to Costco. Got it there and through my insurance about an hour later.

Prescriptions were called in the day before. Got out of surgery and arrived at rite aid to be told it would be another 5 hours before they’d be ready.

Worst experience at this store . My paxlovid perception was faxed in at 4:30pm scheduled to pick it up at 6pm only to find out at 9pm when my person goes to pick it up for me.( i have covid). that the pharmacy is out of that medication and won't have any coming in for a few more days. Then she tells me I need to call around to other pharmacy s myself. The pharmacys close at 9pm. So another night of heavy chest pain, coughing sinus pressure.

Was so thankful for the 24 hour service when my kids woke up sick in the middle of the night. The male associate and security guard who were there at 3:30am were nice and I felt safe and secure for my whole experience.

Open 24hrs store and pharmacy. That’s pretty cool and awesome. It’s a big store and usually clean. However dark cloud energy over this store. Maybe needs to be exorcized by a priest, idk.Service is hot and cold. Depends on the day and the associate. My experiences haven’t always been the best and the pharmacy (depends on associate, hope for a helpful one ) you can forget about it, just expect to be treated like you’re holding them up and taking up their time to not help physical customers but go and fill prescriptions.Parking lot looks sketchy and there’s usually a person who appears to be in distress of some sort walking outside the store parking lot.However I did see a security patrol car at night.Would not recommend this location unless all other options are unavailable.

I absolutely hate writing negative reviews, because I try to be as positive as possible. I've filled my medication here before with little to no trouble. But when I just called to try to figure things out the technician, I don't want to use her name, was very short with me from the second she answered the phone. When I called back again after calling another pharmacy to get things figured it out. She answered the phone again and was not super happy. She started getting mad at me when I told her what the other rite aid said. She put me on hold and I muted my microphone and when she came back she talked for a little said hello? And then without giving me time to unmute my microphone hung up. I don't feel like I am welcome to call again. Which is terrible because I kinda need my medicine to function. I really hope this isn't anyone else's experience. I hope this review brings something to light and that they can fix this issue.

Shout out to Christine in the pharmacy for helping me use a prescription discount card to get my meds! My new insurance hasn’t kicked in and I was looking at a pretty hefty price for my epilepsy medication, which isn’t exactly a medication I can skip. I had a similar situation come up a couple years ago at a different pharmacy and no one offered any suggestions. So I really appreciated it!

The level of incompetence is mind numbing. 5 times of telling them to correct information and still nothing. I've literally brought legal papers for them to copy off of for goodness sakes.
