Phoenix Mini-Storage has been consistently great for well over a year for me. The owner has amazing service skills and I can always count on him to return my calls and help with any questions I may have. I highly recommend Phoenix Mini-Storage!!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT rent here. Tweaker central, constant in and out traffic going to the people that live in their units (yes they do seen it with my own eyes) asking for smokes and other sorts. The unit next to us had oil spilling through the wall and ruined our items (oil is on the list of items we cant store there) when i told the owner his response was "yeah, I've been tryin to get ahold of him" no sorry or anything our door was so messed up we had to use a pry bar to be able to gain access. Any other issues. Yes other places may not be 24 hr access or cost more but trust me its worth the money to rent else where

Horrible place, mice, bugs, the worst is the creepy stalkerish guy who is the manager there. I'd recommend going anywhere else but here!

I have rented a space here for several months. It is about the size of a one car garage and costs about $80 a month. The entire place is clean, but older. Each unit has electricity, but no water. You can use your own lock or rent one from them. To access the unit in the evening you must call the security place and tell them you will be there.
