Just got off the phone with the service department to see if I could have my check engine light looked at. They said the earliest I could get in would be one month and it's not advisable to drive the vehicle. Unless you have lots of time and vehicles at your disposal I would not advise using this company.

Great work. Made buying a new car easy. I worked with Shawn Graham and afterwards I literally said "why can't everyone make it this easy?" we looked at the car I wanted to look it. He walked me through how everything in the car works. I had already been pre-approved with STCU for a good rate and he got me a rate more than 2% better which he didn't have to do. There was zero pushiness. Class acts over at overturf. You won't feel like you're forced to do anything there. Oh, they also gave me exactly what I wanted for our trade-in (used KBB and Edmonds to get my prices) and they didn't try to low-ball me on my car. Just a pleasant experience.

Very pleased with my experience leasing a new EV6 from Overturf. The entire staff was friendly, patient and honest. This experience was right up there with the best car buying/leasing experiences I have had.
I live out of the area, so it was important for me to work with people who were patient and willing to commit to firm numbers before I made the trip to the dealership. Doyle Turner worked with me via email to select a vehicle and answer all of my questions. At no point during the purchase process did I feel like I was being pressured to do anything. Even the finance manager made it very clear that there was no pressure on me to purchase any extras. He even pointed out flaws in my previous vehicle contract that I wasn't aware of (from another Kia dealer!).
Because EVs prices, values and incentives are fluctuating wildly right now, I was on the fence whether or not it was time to trade in my previous EV, and whether to buy or lease a new one. As a result, I was not an easy customer and took almost three weeks to make a decision. Despite this, Doyle and the rest of the sales and financing staff were patient, understanding and willing to give me the time and space to make an educated decision.

Sad to have to change my review. Just picked my daughter's Beatle up from the service department. Feel like I was robbed. Was charged a ridiculous minimum charge to be told the key does not work. The estimate for a new key cylinder is more than the car is worth. No helpful advice was offered. If you have an older VW, stay away! They clearly have no interest in anything that is not a new vehicle. I will NEVER do business with them again!

Overturf made the purchase of my brand new 2024 Kia a breeze. Shawn was my salesman. He wasn't pushy, let me look at my own pace. He let me look at what I wanted to look at not what they wanted to push. He did recommend a few models based off what I was looking for. When we test drove the car, he took me on a great route to try different features of the car like the lane assist and different drive modes. I was overall pleased with my experience. The wait to get into the financing department was a little long but I also chose a busy Saturday to show up. All the staff were polite and friendly. They want you to chose the car you want, they did not try upsell me or get me into something I wasn't interested in.
