“Came in last week, and was able to get helped out by two young professionals here. Highly Recommend Riley, and Josue. We started with Riley, and he explained everything we needed to know from the start and answered all of me and my wifes questions. Josue helped out a later day and got my family the phones, and plan we needed. This is a great team here, and highly recommend the both of them!”

“Went in here today and got harassed by a tweaker only for him to come in while I’m being helped to be all buddy buddy with the woman helping us. Another lady was popping “600 mg of ib profen” that in her words “makes her so tired” right in the middle of the store. Yea. Okay. Taken ib profen my whole life never felt drowsy. The woman helping us lied on the insurance claim to try to sell me a new phone even though we have insurance on this one for a reason. Will be calling for some type of supervisor I hope this pill popping tweaker hangout joint is shut down soon(Also AT LEAST two other people have similar bad reviews that are not showing up so I changed mine to a 5 star so I could warn potential customers. Would give 0 stars if I could)”

“There were more people working than I have seen in a cell phone store in a long time. The manager was working with us and very patient and helpful to resolve our issue. Customers interrupted us to tell him how good a job the other employees were doing as well.”
“I was on the phone with customer service for two days..they couldn't help me...I finally went into the store on Clearwater and Melissa and Asalia got it done in five minutes. I visited the union gap one poor and they only made snarky remarks. The sunnyside one has been closed but that is usually where I go as it is the closest.”

“Found most of what I was shopping for but the last item I couldn't find. Had a hard time finding an employee for help. The one employee I found was helping someone else so had to wait my turn. The employee didn't seem that knowledgeable but very will to go out of their way to help. I was able to get all my items with no more hiccups.”

“Excellent service from Edgar at the store. My initial visit was to bring in a phone with a broken screen, and Edgar put me in contact with an Apple service provider in the hopes that I could save the phone and some money. I was lucky to get Edgar on my next visit as I had to replace my phone and he was super fast and guided me through the process. It was an excellent experience!”
