I've been going to this store for the past couple of months and this location has treated me amazing. They have helped me with my plan helping me get the most for what I'm paying and helped call customer service for me and resolve the issues I was having 10/10 customer service

I've been using T-Mobile since November 2022 and have had issues with my bill every freaking month! It never stays consistent and they're always finding a way to upcharge me! I'm stuck in a contract now until my phone is paid off and so I feel like I'm just being screwed each and every way around! AND they can never pull up my bill directly or my account. I have to pull up what's on my phone to show them what their company is doing! I do not recommend going to this store ever!!

I've done business with this location on more than one occasion. The customer service was great, they were friendly and nalagable. I've been doing business with metropcs since 2015.

This store will only give a refund if they get the phone back the same day. They don't follow metro deals or policies. Also they wont tell you there name or give you the managers number. Terrible customer service and super expensive with no returns unless it's the same day. Edit. I can't even make calls my phone is not even 2 days from the purchase date. Please everyone avoid this store. The employees are rude and unhelpful, they charge more than any other MetroPCS. I wasted 212 dollars on a phone that won't charge right and can't call. Please avoid this store, they will rip you off and than say they cannot help or fix anything.

I came to the store at 7:54pm today and the girl here had the door locked and stated that they were closed. I pointed to the business hours sign that shows closes at 8pm. She shook her head and looked down and ignored me. It's sad to see customer service is deteriorating. She was in a rush to get home I guess!! ( and to think I wanted to change service providers to metro)

When you need a new phone, it's too expensive. Sometimes nobody is in the store during business hours. There is no business phone number available for the public to call the location. Customer service number takes forever and representatives are in others states.

I gave it one star because I had to pick one or could not post this review.My brother bought a phone at this site on Sun, 12/12/2021. The texting does not work. He took it back today, 12/16/2021 and was told that he had to return it the same day that he bought it. The Metro return policy begs to differ. Be careful purchasing a phone at this site.

Store was superb when Eric was the store manager.... They've kinda taken a dive as far as the level of service they used to provide.Straight out the gate, my new account was not setup in my name, and although activated I could not make calls. When I called technical support, they told me that my name did not match the name that was on the account! I even provided the pin that I told him I wanted for the account pin and they said that was not the correct account pin. So I had to go in the next day and have them copy verbatim from my license to my account to correct it.SERIOUSLY..... What the...... You fill in the blank!

Chris at Metro was amazing?I was so confused with my phone . and this young man helped me twice today,so patient , and so understanding !!when we get old we don't remember well , and this young man had so much patienceI am grateful,Chris had time, since they were not busy, to show me again,With kindness and charity in his heart,how to get through the system I was trying to learn!!??Thanks Metro, for hiring such an excellent staff member!

The three employees that where at store on Monday 3-15-2021. Very helpful with my situation. I had to go into store three times this day. For the cell problem. And they solved it. Originally went in to pay bill that was late by about an week. And caused an problem with my phone. They fixed it. Thanks.

I had a wonderful experience with Alexis! She’s been helping me since I started up with metro PCs back at another Kennewick location. She’s is awesome I highly recommend this location just because of her! Awesome people here!
