I had a terrible experience getting my car serviced. First of all, I walked into the service area and was not greeted by anything but dirty looks from staff (except the female). Then a male came up to me and asked me if I had an appointment, I informed him I did, and he rudely asked for my name then walked away. After looking on the computer for a while he told multiple other staff he was helping me, but never directed me to sit down or to any area, so I patiently waited in the middle of the room. Eventually he said he was printing information off for my car and I took a seat. After printing some things the man said “there’s a recall on your car”. I replied “oh yes, I was going to tell someone about that” and he replied “ well now I’m telling you about it” in an extremely condescending tone. Eventually I leave and walk around and look at the vehicles in the lot waiting for my ride to pick me up (not a single sales person helped or checked on me or anything). Once I came back to pay, I spoke to a different man who was absolutely just as rude as the first man. After putting my card information in because their card reader wasn’t working the man read off an old address they had on file for me and asked me if it was a good address. I replied that it was not, and the man just stared at me as if I was causing a large inconvenience for him. Literally just stared at me for probably four or five seconds like he wanted to hit me then he asked me for an updated address.
I have two homes. I split my time between Olympia and the tri cities. I fully I intended to purchase and trade my vehicle in for a new SUV today, but I felt so discriminated against and looked down upon that I couldn’t possibly spend a penny there. I was being treated as if I was somewhere I did not belong and as if I was a burden. I understand I look young, but I am not. Maybe I look poor to the workers, but again I am not. I will not go to that Mercedes again, and likely will never purchase a Mercedes again. I hardly have gotten my Mercedes serviced because every time I ever have in the tri cities I have been treated terribly and honestly I have had it. I am disappointed and I would encourage anyone in the tri cities looking for a Mercedes to rethink their choice.

I bought several cars from this dealership over the past twenty years. Unfortunately, the service went from mediocre to unacceptable, especially during the post-pandemic period. It took this dealership 6-9 months to install a manufacturer's upgrade, and they returned the car to me inoperable several times. Although I understand how a car dealership could be severely understaffed during this period, it was unacceptable for the dealership to pretend that they did have adequate staffing and expertise to do the work. They simply did not. It was painfully obvious, and they should have admitted it. Who knows how many lives were put in danger by their incompetent car repair?

Shame on McCurley Dealerships!! Deceiving their customers!! We had inquired about two vehicles at two different McCurley locations. They HARD PULLED our credit TWICE within days!! Knowing that BOTH vehicles had been already SOLD prior day!!! Dont trust this dealership with your life!!!

I had a very poor experience at this dealership. Sales rep was nice but did not provide me with all the information I needed prior to applying for financing with a co-signer. I also had a poor experience with the financial manager who hung up on me without saying goodbye, and I did not hear back from them for a full 3 days for my approval. In the meantime, any other dealership provided me with an approval within 10-20 minutes! I would not recommend this dealership for the used vehicles sales.

We had a great experience at McCurley Mercedes, we highly recommend going to them first. No pressure, we got exactly what we wanted for our trade, and the price of our new car was spot on what we were willing to pay. Wade was wonderful to work with and followed up after the sale to check on how we were enjoying the car, 5 stars easily. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had!

First time car buyer, Elise really helped me understand the numbers and she provided excellent service. This experience is one I’ll never forget and I’m so grateful for everyone involved there that helped me purchase my first car. I would recommend this 10/10 to anyone. You guys rock!

So far I'm having a horrible experience with this place, I bought a brand new GLC300, it was delivered with some minors damages, and they hired the delivery company not me!!! they don't want any responsibility. I'm ready to contact Mercedes Benz Headquarter in Georgia.

Few days ago I purchased Mercedes GLC-300 and interacted with three individuals. Elise Murphey -Sales Associate, Chad Sturdefant-General Manager and Frank Dettrey-Sales Manager. One common characteristic I experienced was that they all were HIGHLY CUSTOMER FOCUSED! Most of my time was with Elise. She was recommended by a close friend of mine and I am quite happy about their choice! I had great time right from the beginning with her. She spent significant amount of time with me explaining all the gadgets of the car, joined me for the test drive and demonstrated key features of the driving, warranty ,service etc. I also had special request to get several documents about the car and printed the entire package. THE DEAL WAS TOTALLY STRESS FREE AND EVEN PLEASANT. I personally communicated my experience with Elise to senior management and then signed the paper. Finally, she personally delivered the car to my residence and again , she went over all my questions, connected my cell phone, garage door opener etc. etc. The car was delivered perfectly cleaned , verified by her personally. Even after the delivery when I identified couple of technical issues , she promptly communicated with the management got addressed to my total satisfaction. I am aware that she was recognized by her senior management in the presence of the staff!
In conclusion let me state "YOU WON'T GO WRONG WITH ELISE!"

Had a wonderful buying experience here. This was my first time at this dealership. Jesse was the sales associate & was wonderful. We sealed the deal in less than 24 hours as it was that easy & no pressure. Scott in finance was fabulous, had me out in less than an hour. I appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and overall pleasant buying experience.
