Had a problem with communication on the work being done. Other chips on the same part not related to the damage that they failed to ask if I would like to pay to have them done so they just painted over them. There were some misalignment issues that they did not follow through with. They re did the work without extra charges. I believe they also took my car out and abused a joy ride. Lots of gas used up and they turned off the traction control and put it in sport mode. My front license plate is inside of the windshield and it was slung over to one side and the support I had to hold the plate up was laying inside my heads-up display. Finish quality was good and and they gave me no troubles with that respect. If you have a sports car you may not want them working on it.

Matthew’s Auto Body without a doubt is the best place to get your car or truck serviced in any capacity. I suffered a horrific accident and after dealing with massive headaches elsewhere, Ryan took over on my vehicle and arranged pickup, and then had amazing communication with me throughout the process. I cannot recommend a better auto body shop in the Tri-Cities, period.

This auto body shop doesn’t require an appointment. Came in here for an insurance repair estimate and the front desk told me the wait is for 45minutes sat in the lobby for close to 1hr and 15 minutes no one cared. If you value your time don’t go to this place.

Customer service is fantastic! Everyone was kind and thorough from the evaluation/bid to the completion. They are attentive to your concerns and needs and continually keep you informed as to the progress on your automobile. They did a superb job and when I picked up my car, it was like I picked up a brand new car! I would definitely use them again, however, hopefully I won’t need too!!!

Mathews Auto Body has always been open and honest in my interactions with them from price and insurance to repair time. I have had them work on my vehicles a handful of times over the years and I know it will always be done right when I go to Mathews.
