The storage units are well built and security is great. The doors, however, are difficult to open and the lock slides don't easily fit into the slot. It's always a struggle locking up after I pull the door back down. And this is the same for all three units that I rent.

Helpful and informative office staff made sign-up easy and able to understand the options. Location was a significant factor for us and also the move-in special of 1/2 off for the first 3 months.

This was our first storage unit rental. They have secure storage, gated entry, clean, and affordable. The counter worker was knowledgeable and guided us to a size we needed to tide us over until our home is built. We feel our belongings are secure and safe at Rancho.
