Cody is amazing rental price for storage unit a bit high price but she works with you I absolutely love her. I would recommend keeping stuff here it safe and when trouble come out they work and talk to you not just throw you out absolutely wonderful ?

The manager is absolutely amazing! My work schedule overlaps their business office hours (even my lunch break) and she was willing to meet with me after 5pm to show me a unit, make sure it was what I needed, and get all of my paperwork filled out.
We will be moving stuff in this weekend, and she said she won't post our first payment until we know 100% that the 10x10 will be enough floor space for the amount of furniture we are bringing. That way, she can change our agreement and move us to a 10x20 without a ton of extra paperwork.
The facility is clean and well lit, the manager is super easy to work with, and knowing that she lives on site is just an added level of security that lets me know this will be a great place to rent from.

The storage campus is very clean. There is lighting within the unit and the management is amazing. Hands down the best storage company used.

Literally the best customer service! Every time I’ve needed a storage I go to them even if it’s out of my way just because I love how friendly they are and the prices are not bad at all! Ive had a storage with them for 5 plus years no problems and they have actually helped me out when I have accidentally left my storage unit open!

I have been with kennewick mini storage for about 4 yrs or more. They have always been sweet and kind, and look out for thier costumer, it's a secure place I have never had a problem being there. And I love that managers live on campus.

Coty and the other sweet lady are what makes me change my rating. They are the reason I stay with the storage company. They are understanding and absolutely awesome. If they ever were at a different storage company I'd promptly follow suit.

So far I am happy with my choice of storage facility great friendly staff very helpful especially when it snowed and the car got stuck for a moment and they were able to help.
