I ordered a beautiful assortment of 3 white roses and it was delivered within the same day in around 2 hours, my wife loved them! I also messed up my message and so I called their help number. A very kind lady assisted me in fixing my message and already fixed my typing errors before I told her! Great place to buy flowers.

Great service. I ordered online so I didn’t have to pay the delivery fee. There was still a $10 service fee but the service was amazing and my wife loved the flowers. They called me because I cannot receive the flowers that I ordered because of hospital restrictions and they upgraded to a different flower for free and the Bouquet looked wonderful

Once again they make me happy to have been going to them for almost 10 years my wife loves my gifts every time. Even the girls in the office are excited to see my wife’s gifts. I paid $100 for the premier arrangement. The reality was even smaller than the picture of the website. It was a HUGE rip-off. I will never order from Just Roses again. How disappointing. A big day for my daughter and she got a tiny little bouquet. Made me so sad and angry.

Edit: Just roses got back to me and offered a full refund or replacement flowers. They explained a situation that happened in the store on Valentine’s Day, which ended with someone getting fired. Changed my rating due to their great customer service and trying to make things right!
Only giving one star (it was a “pretty” bouquet), which only lasted maybe two days. My husband got me these for Valentine’s Day at night. By the morning of Feb 17th, this is what my white roses looked like. The red ones I trimmed and tried to save, I’ll probably have to throw them out today. For an example of quality and price, my grandma bought a bouquet of roses from Fred Meyers and they’re still going strong for 1/5 of the price my husband paid! My flowers were over $100. Don’t go here, waste of money and the quality isn’t even good. NEVER AGAIN.

Mom loved the flowers. I live in the Bay Area and my mother in Washington, I wanted to send her a get well flower arrangement after her surgery. Unfortunately after placing orders online with local florists close to my delivery address, my ordered we’re canceled because they didn’t deliver to such rural area. Just roses made it happen and mom loved them. Thank you. Your are on my contacts for when I need flowers delivered out in that area
