My wife and I were on a long road trip to Arizona. We were pulling a trailer with our orv when the lights on the trailer shorted out. Johnny knew we were in a tight spot, and he started working on the trailer immediately. An hour later he had the problem solved and had us back on the road! Johnny saved the day!

***edit ***I would say the response to this review (along with all the other responses) speaks volumes. I bought this car private party directly from the person who had the work done, and they also left a negative review saying that nothing was fixed. The BBB has ben notifiedIf work quality is not improved, some one is going to be severely injured, or worse.I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ll take the time in this instance.****warning long post***I bought a used car, and there where invoices in the glove box for work done to it by johnnys (Valve cover, control arms, spark plugs , trans axle, oil change, ball joints and tires).I took it to the dealer ship for an inspection before I purchased the vehicle and some items where noted to be fixed.Minor things, things at first. Things I can do my self, not a big deal. Ball joints, axle seal, valve cover gaskets.. normal stuff. Then they tell me it has the wrong oil in it ( takes 0-20 ,5-30 was put in). I decided to move forward with the purchase, immediately change the oil and every thing is fine….Then I find the invoices from Jonny’s for work done 5 months prior when I get my registration in the glove box. At this point I contact them to let them know that they put the wrong oil in my car ( clearly states that they put 5-30 into the car) and the person that answers the phone said “ it’s fine, it won’t do any thing”. Which may be true, but the dealership seemed to thing it was a near emergent situation. After going down the list of items that the dealer ship (verified by me ) found wrong almost every thing was “replaced” at johnnys has something wrong with it , axle seal.. leaking, valve cover gasket… leakin, ball joints …torn.Fast forward a few weeks and I’m switching out my summer tires for winter ones so I have the tires off. First thing I notice is that the axle nuts are not “ peened over “ or locked in any other way. Those where loose enough to get off by hand. I take a look at the ball joints and one was torn, the other had no rubber on it and was soooo incredible loose that it was not safe to dive until the replacement was done. One brake like wasn’t re-secured to the steering knuckle ( had abrasion and had to be replaced) and neither of the abs sensors where re-anchored down. Now here’s the part that made me write the review, i called Jonny’s to let them know what happened. The person that answered the phone (didn’t catch his name) said that since the repairs had been paid for by someOne else there was nothing he could do. Which I under stand, that’s the world we live in now unfortunately. The days of people standing behind their work and taking pride in it are gone. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting anything other than maybe them to offer to take a look at it.I went on to say that it was fine that they wouldn’t cover any of the work as I had planed on doing it my self any way. But I had the invoice numbers so they could to some re-training with the tech that did my car, to protect cuter customers from a potentially fatal failure with their vehicle. To which the reply was “ we don’t do that , I can’t just take your word for it” to which I replied “ I have pictures I can send in”Then there was a few second pause , and he hung up on me.Now I get it, times are tough for every body. But I can tell you this, Jonny’s isn’t much cheaper than the big name mechanics in the area and if they are not even willing to look into a claim of negligence….. maybe don’t do business with them. Especially since having a failure in your vehicle at highway speeds can be catastrophic for not only the effected vehicle but those around it.In the end I think I’ll be able to fix the damage done and no lasting damage will have been done. But before you decide to do business with Jonny’s ask yourself a few questions .Do I trust that they will actually fix the problem?Do I want to have to get this fixed again in a few months? Will a potential failure cause more problems int the future?Would not recommend to my worst enemy, would give zero stars if I could.

2014 Outback continued to have the same problems after spending around 4k and taken in multiple times. Not only that but he stripped my oil pan drain bolt and didn’t replace it or say anything (not to mention the mess he left down there). A jiffy lube could’ve done a better job.

This guy is a SCAM charged my 21 year old son over $2100.00 for a transmission flush and a back brake job. Over $900 in Labor. What a joke as I just took his truck to Les Schwab and they did an inspection and said every thing looked good. A transmission should be no more then $500 and brakes no more then $500 WHAT A RIP OFF DO NOT GO THERE

Johnny's did an excellent job! I had a slightly challenging case. Old car with knockoff wheels, and NO ONE in town would help. Johnny was up to the challenge and changed 30 year old tires for me, and did an alignment with no troubles. I totally trust Johnny's for any repairs. Thank you and again GREAT Job! btw, the jaguar is riding so much better!
