My mom got her car washed inside and out, but the kid who did her car didn't do a very good job. He didn't get the dash, the stereo, and buttons wiped down. He also didn't get the back of the car where the back hatch is. He didn't wipe down anything in the back of the car. We went shopping after getting it cleaned and found it still dirty in the back. My mom was not happy at all. She paid $30 and got a half-way job done. We always have issues when she gets her car done there.

Extremely disappointed. In too much of hurry. Just bought this car 4 weeks ago. Looked brand new. This is how it looked after car wash today. Kid didn't even ask me how it looked. Just walked off. Bugs still on windshield

Extremely disappointed with the service at Jiffy Car Wash. Paid $36 for the Supreme Car Wash, which supposedly includes interior vacuuming and wiping down the seats. I specifically asked for the seats to be wiped down, as well as the cup holders, door panels, and dash, which are included with the Superior Car Wash. None of this was done. When I raised the issue with the owner, there was no apology or attempt to make it right. The owner was extremely inconsiderate. One-star rating for a complete lack of service and customer care. I would not recommend anybody to go here because you will waste your money and you can do a better job at a coin car wash yourself. Save your time and money elsewhere. Please just look at the photos and tell me if you would spend $36 on receiving this outcome. Just happened today at 4:30pm 4/23/24

I was recommended this car wash from a friend and had the worst experience. When I drove up to the vacuums, I was spoken to very rudely by a heavy set man. He demanded that I roll my windows up and to get out of the car. He was very rude and seemed irritated. Again this is my first time being here as I did not know the process. I would not recommend this place because the customer service is awful. The quality of the wash was satisfactory but being talked to rudely is unacceptable. 1/5 stars
