“Let me just say thank you to you guys for going above and beyond for me. I had a stainless steal necklace that was given to me by a student, as I am a boxing coach this meant a lot to me. The neckless in no way expensive, however it means a lot to me . My son's dog jumped up on me and his paw grabbed the necklace and a link in the chain broke. Fred Meyer jewelers in Kennewick went above and beyond to fix the necklace and they did it for free. I feel blessed as the necklace has sentimental value and is something I will keep forever. So again a giant thank you and if anyone needs a good jewelry store with great staff this is the one to go too..”
