The service is always great and the food is probably the best quality you can get at a chain restaraunt. Its a little pricey but always satisfying. It always seems very understaffed but the skeleton crew working is always polite while working at break neck speeds. Eating here reminds me of buying Nike, im satisfied with the product and want more, I just have to willfully ignore the sweatshop labor that went into making it. 4/5 stars, would trade my values for a cheese steak again.Parking: Its columbia center mall, just like everything else in tri cities its designed like an 8 year old playing their first game of sim city made it. That isnt Jersey Mike's fault though.

I just watched one of the guys serving food touch his face then proceed to put on gloves and handle these people’s sandwiches. Then, the girl behind him played with her hair and continued to prepare the food she was handling. After she rang them out at the register, she played with her hair again before putting on another pair of gloves. The guy who had wiped his face off with both hands just handled some cash and continued to try and make my sandwich. I had to ASK him to wash his hands before touching my food. Not once did these people stop to wash their hands. Great service, everyone was extremely helpful but absolutely disgusting food handling.

The manager on duty today at noon had the best customer service, even with a long line he was engaging with customers and hustling!

Jersey Mike's has incredible subs and this location is much better than the location in Richland. The ingredients are high quality, chopped veggies daily, meats and cheeses are sliced to order. They have gluten free options and sides at Jersey Mike's locations if you're interested, I eat gluten and the snikerdoodle cookies are worth a try!I've noticed an issue with training or stress management from employees based off multiple orders at different times..Don't order sandwiches with the roast beef - they don't change the thickness gauge dial resulting in mush roast beef. Nothing worse than feeling like your food has already been chewed up and spit out in your sandwich. They are better about the cheese but sometimes it's as thick as the meat slices so you can't taste it. I've worked with this company before and I know how the slices need to be cut.Fair warning the bacon can occasionallys very cracked, hard, and due to the imperfections not the full strip. Most of the time it's good, order during a rush for best baconIf the owners and management can fix this problem it's definitely worth the price. If you don't order roast beef it's still a great sandwich but I don't prefer to pay that price. If you want a supreme sub or roast beef, just go somewhere else.I expect the highest quality of food preparation for the highest priced sandwich in town. The employees are always friendly and helpful.Vegetarian options: Portabella mushrooms and provolone hot sandwichVeggie sandwichSaladsWrapsWill wipe grill down before putting your toppings onKid-friendliness: Kid subs and every regular sized is cut in halfWheelchair accessibility: Ground level

when i went in this afternoon around 5pm the two male workers tried to charge me extra for a sandwich i didn’t purchase, stingy on condiments, out of tuna completely, and refused to give me a certain type of sandwich because the bread was “already pre-cut”. While preparing their mobile order they were unprofessional with their preparation and seemed as though they weren’t trained to make sandwiches.

Used to order here daily. Made the best sandwiches. Got my regular sandwich, it was sopping with so much vinegar the bottom piece of bread was disintegrating. Didn't come back for a couple weeks. Went back today, got my usual, and for the second time in a row the bottom bread had become a become sludge because the person making the sandwich couldn't be bothered to clear from the previous sandwich and then overdid the vinegar. Once is a mistake. Twice in a row weeks apart means it's the new standard. Will never eat here again until enough time has passed that the full staff has been fired/replaced.

Not only is $20.75 outrageously expensive for 1 sandwich, no anything else, no changing table at all in bathroom. My wife has to change our toddler in her lap.

1/5 subs wrong in our order. Took it to go and bread was soggy (too much oil or vinegar). 4/5 for taste but frustrating to order turkey and get roast beef instead.

I was super impressed today when I stopped in for a quick sandwich. It ended up not being quick, but that was because there was only one guy working the line which was nearly to the door, not counting online orders that were coming in. He kept his composure the entire time and even engaged positively with the customers while moving along efficiently. His name is Tannis (sp?) and I think he may be a manager or co-owner, but this guy and his franchise deserve 5-stars through-and-through. I’ve always had a positive experience here with the other employees and now I see that the great culture and customer service comes from the top, which is the right way to be! Keep up the great work everyone!
