Previously, I would have recommended Harry Ritchie's as others have, but given the current treatment of previous customers, this has changed. Now I recommend STRONGLY to AVOID doing business here. Best, take your business elsewhere or, at the very least, don't buy the protection plans because they will not honor their side of the agreements. I'm very disappointed in how poorly we've been treated despite multiple purchases here.

Jaq was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when we took a wedding ring in for resizing and adding some balancing elements. The ring came out beautiful, I definitely trust them with my jewelry!

Highly recommended!I walked in asking for assistance too fix my watch. I needed to add a link, immediately I was assisted, as I was explaining the situation smoother assistant was paying attention and reaching for the tools needed.As I was advised that they could fix it, getting to the assistant that was already set up to accept my watch for repair.It took maybe 5 minutes. They also didn’t charge me. They an awesome staff!!!Go check them out! Excellent inventory!No need to wait for a special occasion, treat yourself to some jewelry and excellent service as a cherry on top!
