Horrible customer service.\\nI went last Saturday to fix my phone's battery, I was told I had to make an appointment. There was no appointment for the weekend so I made an appointment for Wednesday. I asked my wife to take my phone in since I am busy at work.\\nBefore making the appointment I explicitly asked if the battery can be changed even though the back glass is broken. They confirm that they can fix it.\\nToday after my wife went it she was told they can't fix it.\\nI would never recommend this place to anyone.\\nIt's fine if they can't fix it just say so when I made my appointment.

If I could give zero stars I would, horrible service. I made an appointment last week stating my phone had a crack on it and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Came in for my appointment to get my battery replaced and told me it was going to be 500$! Because of the crack on the back of the phone, stay clear they aren’t truthful with their service or pricing!!!

Have you tried to call your local BestBuy lately? Don't bother. They have been out sourced to India, or some other off shore place. Their want you name and number before helping you. I wanted to talk to my local store, he transfered me to another Peron in his call center-she started asking me the same questions, when I said the other guy had asked me the same questions SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Great customer service. In the past I have went in the store and asked about a product and employee said....we have a couple in the back that are not showing in inventory...I'll check. Since it is 78 miles to store I wanted to ask on the phone. My american dollars won't be funding best buy off shore workers any time soon.

We have the tech plan with Geek Squad. It's definitely worth the $199. We get our money's worth every year, and because we have such easy access and everything is so affordable with the plan, we can usually catch things before they become big problems. The team is always helpful and friendly.

Seems to be absolutely impossible to call and get ahold of the local store. Sat on the national hotline for over an hour to be told \\\"you should go I to the store.\\\" Yeah, thanks.

My wife and I both bought new phones and Geek Squad helped transfer and set up our phones while they were doing appointments. They fit us in without an appointment. Appreciate their work.

Maybe a phone system that lets you leave a message or talk to an operator instead of being on hold for over 20 minutes...20 minutes is when I hung up or who knows how long I would have been on there.

We dropped off our laptop for a keyboard repair in June. It's the middle of August, and not only can they not tell me how much longer it will be, but because the repair is done offsite (Kentucky) there is no accountability for those responsible for the horrible service; and short of apologizing repeatedly, there is absolutely nothing the local service team can do to solve the problem. Had we known we'd be without our laptop for months, we'd have taken it elsewhere where we could actually communicate with the technicians doing the repair

Today I had one of the most rewarding experiences ever with Best Buy.Since Covid I haven't been able to get my photos to go to my SD card in my Samsung phone.GARETT is back in the Samsung booth and he had me fix my phone in 2 minutes.Everyone at Best Buy has tried to help but nowThat the Factory rep is back I will be buying a later version Samsung phone.It's been hard for businesses to function at 100% in this pandemic but super Kudos for all the effort at Best Buy.Keep on trucking guys and gals....Ron RadfordKennewick Wa.15 years a member

This place is a joke. I went in to get my phone screen replaced and also had an appointment made just to go in and sit for 40 minutes for them to tell me to give them a phone number they can reach me at and come in the next day for my phone. Their website says same day screen replacement but that is not the case at all and when I asked for my phone back because I was going to take it somewhere else they were so rude and upset they wouldn't even talk to me. Try to avoid if possible, terrible customer service.

A lot of customers but not a lot of employees to help. Appointments not kept employees walk away to help other customers when they should not just get up and leave until they are done helping you. And my son's phone kept getting hacked after he received it back. And he only needed the screen fixed!! ?

They came highly recommended so we went in to schedule. We were being helped and in the middle of our questions being answered a supervisor came out and asked the gentlemen helping us to assist another customer. He explained he was training someone and the supervisor said he would like someone else to train because the the guy helping us had screwed up the past couple orders.\ \ We decided to wait and see how the other gentleman would help us. We couldn't be scheduled in for installation until next month.\ \ We decided to go with someone else.
