Horrible experience. They go back on what they tell you over the phone. Even the workers on the register seemed shocked at how rude the pharmacist is. Bad bad bad experience will never go back. Very sad too because I have been a loyal shopper. Can’t stand people being mean and rude for no reason at all!!!

My experience with this store is terrible and I have been a customer here for 20+ years. And the more I shop here the more I go home angry by the way I'm treated by customer service.Pros: a large selection of quality products. Starbucks. Cons: make sure you don't lose your receipt which is very easy to do, otherwise you will not be able to even exchange the product with something else of equal value and your treated as if your a shoplifter trying to get one over on them. Another example of their poor customer service is when I decided to buy an Xbox one x for 599$ and Call of Duty for 69.99. I had like 750$ in cash to give the clerk and he told me I needed ID to make the purchase because call of duty was for mature audiences. I told him that I am a 41 year old Army veteran and I served two tours as a humvee gunner so I think I'm old enough to play a game with blood and gore. I laughed because the look on his face was that he was dead serious and wouldn't take 750$ without my state ID. So I would understand if I was young and he was trying to prevent a youngster being exposed to violence but I just put my life on the line and went to war so I should be qualified to buy an Xbox without my ID all the way across town. He actually called management because he just couldn't do it without approval. This type of treatment is absolutely ridiculous. It's not against the law and I was old enough to be the guys Dad. I've had it with this store. I will not shop here ever again.

worst pharmacy ever. I love the store but the pharmacy ranks a zero. Never had staff treat me so rude. I waited in line for over 10 minutes, finally my turn, then was yelled at by employee they were busy couldn't help me now. Told them when this script is completed (have two more refills) I will not be continuing to fill at this pharmacy or have any future scripts filled there. Their response was OK, like no big deal. They do not care about customers at all. It would just be best if they closed the pharmacy permanently. Do not go there unless you like super rude employees and long waits.

Worst Kroger pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their median 2.5 star rating seems undesreved and overly generous given their utter incompetence and rude unprofessional disposition.

The staff is the best! Sometimes they get grumpy customers, but they're always helpful.

The Pharmacy here is a total joke! Apparently they had no Tamiflu so I had to transfer my prescription, I called two hours later and they said they had transferred it, I took a nap, woke up 4 hours later called the pharmacy where it was supposed to be transferred to and was told they hadn’t received it, the guy was kind enough to call again and Fred Meyer pharmacy had the audacity to say they transferred it yesterday, mind you this is still all the same day. The guy tells Fred Meyer that they had not received anything from them for me, so they look it up and they had transferred it to Costco! Like are you kidding! So this was all same day, so they not only lied about it being the day before but they transferred it to the wrong pharmacy to begin with! They also did not CALL and let me know a prescription was not covered by my insurance, I got there, waited 15 minutes in a drive thru and they told me my insurance was no longer accepting their pharmacy. Then I asked to pay cash and they said I couldn’t because state insurance doesn’t allow that because I can lose my benefits. I do not believe that is true, because I’ve had to pay for medication out of pocket my insurance doesn’t cover. How do you get the medication you need if you don’t pay out of pocket? PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PHARMACY TECHS BETTER!

I see a lot of negative reviews about this pharmacy. I am not trying to discredit any of them but I wanted to add my 2 cents. That is the pharmacist on the phone was polite and answered all my questions.

Really went downhill after Kroger took over the chain. Ridiculous prices. The only reason they survive is because of location. Go to Winco where they care about their employees
