After calling multiple repair shops and hearing them being booked out until the end of the year or early next year, I stumbled across FNS. They were able to get me in two weeks from my estimate. They were thorough and explained everything. My repairs look great, they did a great job. Plus, everyone was warm and welcoming!Services: Painting

Amazing job by these guys, I highly recommend them! My job was smaller but they technically didn't have time for for a while I was able to leave my car with them while I went on vacation and they ended up getting the whole job done way before they gave me their initial estimate

Great auto body repair experience! I was a little concerned when I didn’t see any online reviews for this new company, but they exceeded all my expectations. Good price, surprisingly better timeline by 2 months, repairs done ahead of schedule, and beautiful body & paint work topped with friendly & professional staff. I’ve used a few well known auto body shops in the tri-cities over the years, and I’ll definitely be using FNS again if ever needed again in the future.Services: Steering & suspension repair

At this point, I suppose I could say that I've known Jack & Claudia for most of my life and suffice to say, Jack's is the only body shop I use. One time, I had my pickup and my car parked on the street. Some drunkard sideswiped both of them. Jack took a look, ordered parts, & called me when they came in. I dropped my pickup off first because it was the worst. A few days later, they called to tell me the bedside replacement was complete & and all of the painting was done- I could pick it up and drop the other vehicle off. So, I did. What do you know, a couple days later, my car was done too. No hassle. No unnecessary phone calls. I didn't have to stop by to check on my vehicle(s), didn't have to wonder if they were working on it or why they'd had it for weeks and I hadn't heard anything. Everything was performed professionally and I could not be happier. I've known Jack & Claudia for around 25 years, but we're not "friends". We're slightly more than professional acquaintances. I mention this because, I did not receive special treatment because we're great buddies. There are certainly other well-qualified body shops in the Tri-Cities, but Jacks will do a great, QUALITY, professional job for you. Don't be afraid of being shafted or jerked around- that isn't how they do business. They're above board, as it were. I very highly recommend this company. They're good & honest people.

Jack and Claudia are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle repair. Claudia is very sweet and professional, and communicated with me often. Jack did great work on my car and she looks good as new! I missed my baby!! Thank you all so much!! I highly recommend Jack's Auto Body

Jack's did a great job fixings my ML 350 Mercedes. He is a very nice man. He got all the parts needed very quick and had the SUV looking like new . I Highly recommend using Jack's for all repairs.
