Came in a while back ago to get my battery replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I noticed they removed my screen protector which I found odd since they only doing battery. They warned me of a prompt setting alert for the battery but I soon realized I had one for the screen as well!! I hoped it was just bugged cause of the battery switch but then the screen started glitching out when I had never had problems with the phone before !

My daughter dropped her phone and her phone glass shattered, they did a really good job replacing the glass. Fantastic job, and reasonable price. Keep it up! ?️?️??

Id give zero stars if i could.....I am very disappointed about the quality of work that I have received at this establishment.( Clearwater location) I replaced my mom's phone screen in her phone 97days ago, and the inferior screen that they put in failed seven days outside of warranty. They refused to do anything with the warranty. But for another $100, we'll go ahead and replace the screen for you. They won't offer any extended warranty on their product or service. When I ask for like a 120-day warranty since this one failed literally one week to the day of the last replacement. They said no. They do not stand by their products that they sell. They use inferior and poor quality after market replacements. They will also try to up sell you and they also give bad diagnostic for the issue, they will also try and hold for phone ransom so you have to let them fix... They do not care about their customers or the service that they provide to them. If I were you, I would run not walk as far away from this establishment and any other ones that they are affiliated with and go to somebody else. For your cellphone and repair needs, they will scam you and cheat you in any way that they can. I do not have high hopes for this new screen replacement. They Purposely put you between a rock and hard place. So you don't have a lot of other options, so from this point forward. My mom will be backing up her phone every couple of days and taking her pictures off of her phone every day. So when this phone screen does fail, I know it will, hopefully not within 97 days again. We will just be buying a new phone and never coming back to the establishment again.

I’m writing this review because I just spent 157 for a screen replacement and it was a horrible job. The screen is literally lifting from the inside in every corner and the corner where it’s lifting the most I touched it with a sponge applicator to put the glass screen on and it cracked. I went back because they said I had a 30 day warranty for anything that was their fault which this clearly is and they said they can’t do anything unless I pay for a new screen because I put too much pressure on it which is literally medically impossible for me because I have MS and ripped tendons in both my shoulders and don’t have the strength in my hands or arms to put a lot of pressure on things. I don’t recommend people go here I usually go to Mendez cell phone repair in Pasco and he's great. Last time a similar thing happened with my brothers phone screen he told him to bring it in and immediately fixed it. I should’ve gone to him that was my mistake but I was in a hurry to get it fixed. So yes I don’t recommend this place I can’t even put a glass screen protector on to prevent further damage because the screen is not flat enough for that and never was. I feel like I got robbed but just letting yall know so the same thing doesn’t happen to yall. If yall want a good job go to Mendez cell phone repair I’m sticking to who I know for now on.

Horrible! Had my iPhone fixed with them $400+ later and still doesn’t work correctly. Took my phone back to them multiple times for things that were not fixed after them “fixing everything” and got tired of going back to the store. They constantly would say everything worked well, then I would get home and certain things still wouldn’t work. The manger does the best he can to accommodate/be understanding but the workers who actually fix the phone are not not good, wouldn’t recommend. Try somewhere else honestly.

Sent 2 ipads in for repair from South Carolina, Repaired the ipads in a few days and was always in contact with me throughout the process. Prices were better than anyone local highly recommend this company.

Jose always offers amazing service and is very knowledgeable, I have recommended many of my friends and family to go here and they always comment about how good the atmosphere and vibe of the establishment is. All the employees are great but Jose stuck out to me the most as he always knows how to help you. Great service all around!

I was in there this Sunday to get phone screen repaired. Once I was notified that the phone was ready for pick up I encountered a Ken (male Karen) at the counter with one of the employees. I of course spoke up once he started cussing due to children being around and his disrespect to the employee. And I would just like to applaud the gentleman who handled this very nicely, I wish I would have gotten his name for this review. But here’s 3 things I’ve learned from being here only twice:
1. They are fast and efficient! They got the phone repair done in under an hour even after letting me know it might be a bit due to how busy they were.
2. I know if any problems arise; they are willing to go above and beyond to make things right. (Which was the whole ordeal with Mr. Ken)
3. They do specials often!

This Kennewick EZ fix location had the hardware I needed for my older Samsung S series phone where other shops in the area didn't. They were pleasant and clear on the phone and prompt in person on arrival. The shop was clean and orderly.

My brother came in to get his phone checked out and ended up paying 80$ and they didn't even fix his phone. They didn't explain the reasoning for the cost of seeing his phone. They seemed unsure of the issue of his phone which makes them seem to be inexperienced. Also I saw a cockroach run across the manager's face.

I've had an iPhone glass replacement, iPad cord plugin and volume switches changed. They get it done in 2-3 hours and they let you know the cost before they start. Exceptional staff with great customer service skills. Located next to the DMV so it's easy to find. They have an array of phone covers and charging cords of quality.

Paid $430 to get a new screen on my Samsung s22 ultra. Within 2 days I noticed my notifications pull down bar only worked part of the time. Looking closer I noticed that theres a very thin crack in the screen. I've never dropped it or anything only had it 2 days. Initially they told me to bring it back that they warranty the work. So I did for them to call and tell me that I broke it and it's not covered. I tried to reason with Alex who claimed he is the manager whom told me he wanted me to pay another $150 but he would replace the screen for half cost $75. I thought them initially coming to my work and picking up my phone and fixing it I thought was great but now that I have a broken phone 2 days later it's all poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.
