This place went out of business! Another repair shop took their phone number. The Clearwater location as it is named is closed. Great timing. Had them do a chip repair and now windshield cracked. Is it because of poor repair? Who knows! Really frustrating especially when you use a locally owned service instead of national chain. Won't do that again!Service: Auto windshield repair

If I could give them zero stars I would. Just came in to have my windshield replaced. I wish I had looked at my truck before I paid them because after I paid them $300 to replace my windshield I noticed that they had knocked down the headliner along the entire length of the windshield so that it was hanging down a good 4". Not only that but the boss man is refusing to fix their mistake, claiming that it was like that before I came in. Don't settle for the cheapest quote folks, because there's a reason their prices are so low, and it's going to cost you more in the long run to fix their botched jobs.

Great experience buying a windshield from the guys at Crystal Clear Auto Glass. I did the install myself so only needed the glass, I ordered it over the phone in the afternoon and they had it in their shop the next morning. I called every other auto glass facility in the Tri-Cities and Crystal Clear was easily the lowest price. As a consumer we often have to sacrifice one of either Price, Quality, or Timeliness but Crystal Clear is one of the rare remaining businesses that still offers all three.

Paid $40 for about a nickel size crack in my windshield. Took about 15 minutes to complete.
