Best gym in the Tri. If you're looking for community and support…. Start here!! The coaches know their stuff and even though it’s a class kind of set up, you still feel like you get individualized attention. I couldn’t love this place more if I tried!

Definitely recommended if you're looking for a great place to get a great workout. You will definitely find it at 12 Stones. Awesome staff! Awesome environment! And because of that, I'll be back.
