Just signed up for a 10x15 storage unit with Cottonwood Self storage. So far so good! You’ll be charged the flat rate for the unit, $29 for the entrance fee (which comes with a great quality lock free), and then you’ll need tenant insurance which they provide or you provide yourself.Overall very easy to sign up and get started. You can do it all online and then go in to pick up lock at your convenience.Pictures are of the 10x15 unit.

Owner and manager are top notch! One of the nicest storage facilities in the Tri-Cities. Great security.

Love this place! Very clean, security cameras everywhere, great prices too. The owner is awesome. The only downside is the only units with power or lights inside are the huge 50' units.

Place was clean but everybody was rude...need to bee more nice bathroom was closed for maintenance rude people

Renter, please be aware of the staff in this place. They have poor communication. First, they never pick up the phone, and I have to wait multiple hours to get an answer from them. Second, when I signed up for the storage, the staff did not tell me about 10 days policy for stopping the rental service. I got charged an extra month for the rent. Third, when I was about to move out of the unit, they did not let me know that they were going to charge me an extra month of rent. So when I rushed to get my stuff out of the unit and called the management office to finalize my account. I was told that they were going to charge me an extra month even know my stuff was already out of the unit. If they advise me at the beginning, I will take my time to get my property out without the rush. I felt I got scam from this place, and I would not use them again for service. If I can give them a zero stat, I will do it without hesitation.

It was clean when we first started but there gets sooo much dust in there! So cover up stuff you dont want to get dusty!

I have 2 units for my business. Cleanest most secure place in town. Their rv units have power so you can keep things from freezing.
