No receipt at the pump. 6 people in line at the register because the pump isn't providing receipts. Why not put a note on the pump for those of us that NEED a receipt??????

The self check out is so dumb. Never going here again it took me 20 mins to pay for gas and the person working wouldn’t help me. I’m not going to sit here for 20 mins trying to pay for something when I just worked 12 hours. I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

Randomly closed - on a pretty regular basis. I also found the staff to be incredibly rude, even by convenience store standards. Save yourself time/ frustration and drive past this place - they don't want you there anyhow.

I hate going into any circle k, The list of why is longer than i'm going to take the time to post.
Here are a few.
1. The self check...RIDICULOUS
2. Food.. I like the pizza, I have no idea how much they spent on the pizza ovens but it doesn't matter because none of the stores ever have pizza cooked!
3. It's just a really bad company. If you want to know what I mean by that just try calling their customer service number sometime you'll see what I mean screw this place.

The little Mexican girl working night shift is so rude. Cursing at customers. She's a very angry person not sure why she's working a job that has to deal with people I personally will not go back to the store unless she's no longer employed there I don't deserve to be cursed at duef to her being frustrated

Floors were sticky and there were cups and paper left around the fountain. The nozzle on the soda fountain was so sticky that it wouldn't shut off.

The circle k franchise are thieves! Spent $25 worth of gas and they withdrew$100 and put a hold on it not everybody has the luxury of a big bank account and now they cause the card to go- $25 cannot get ahold of the gas station directly or customer service when I reached out to their customer service through email they said they weren't the one holding the funds! Called my bank for a lengthy time the bank said they were the ones holding the funds this system is a joke they are thieves

Very unfriendly and rude. They should learn what customers service is I used to work for CircleK and this location makes me embarrassed to have ever been a CircleK employee, every time I use this particular location there’s always something wrong I keep going back hoping that something will change but it hasn’t. I’m not sure if it’s the area or the customers but I don’t have this type of interaction at any other Circle K that I’ve ever been to, management needs to step it up.

I would only rated this location lower only if you didn't have a particular employee working in this store for the last 2 years or so. The people that shop here can be very terrible to other guest and the workers but this employee makes me feel welcome and professional about their job not to mention they stuck their neck out for me to keep a panhandler from pestering me in the parking lot. I hope you find more employees like them bc that place must be a hard place to work at.

I don't even bother trying to get gas here anymore. They consistently don't have any, or the pumps are messed up or both.

Apparently a line of two people necessitates rushing me through the transaction process. I asked to simply, and quickly, see which of the lottery systems had the big payout. In the 30 seconds to a minute to pull up the information I was looking for, the cashier told me to just pay already. I was caught off guard that I was being rushed through a simple transaction. Eat my shorts.

The people working here used to be really friendly but every time I've gone recently it's been a pretty bad experience. It was nothing too bad until today I went to get cash back for bus fair. I took out a $20 and asked the cashier if I could have half of it in ones. He told me no and that I wasn't going to be able to tip the male strippers. I was very confused and thrown off till I remembered my wallet is a rainbow. I defiantly won't be coming back if the workers are homophobic. I'll get my gummy worms and gas at the gas station across the street where they aren't rude because your wallet has a rainbow on it.

it was actually comical how rude the cashier with maroon (?) hair in her mid 40s was. i went in because of issue with the cards system where i was charged $40 on top of my total, (it wasn't pending, it had shown gone through) she apparently thought i was being rude while i helped the lady next to me with her drinks and was yelling stuff at me as i left the store. will warn others.

I figured it being on the good end of town they'd have a decent beer selection only a few of the crummy beers to choose from and zero IPAs. Also no black bags for alcohol purchases that I choose to be modest about.
