I deposited 4 grand into atm and it vanished. Went inside immediately and customer service reps said to call the number. I insisted on getting them to help so the lady WALLDED over and called for me and had a few rude comments to add in while calling like " You could of just called" I asked for the manager and was told the managers are on vacation. Go elsewhere as this place is horribleAND STILL WAITING FOR MY 4 GRAND TO APPEAR -Micheal W

2 Stars because the teller did her best. The other teller wouldn't say even hello. But the customer service manager wouldn't even talk to me let alone help me with my direct deposit issue. Only sorry its your employers side not ours. So opened an account 5 minutes away and they helped me get direct deposit done and a savings account too. Only needed to spend a few minutes with me but instead lost a 15 year customer over $12. The teller dod her best. Lots of starts for her. Boo to jp Morgan chase for refusing to reverse the charge. I will no longer be banking with you.

If I could give 0 stars I would… went to help my mom cash a check but I guess they were out of money due to some May check getting cashed today… anyways the girl who “helped” us was very rude and assumed me and my mother didn’t know English never felt so discriminated in my life… her coworker David was friendly and did let us know about the situation l, will not be coming here again I want to go to a bank that makes me feel welcomed no matter my race

I find this Chase branch to be the most unprofessional banking experience I have ever had in my life and I have been with Chase forever. It is also an extremely sketchy and inconvenient location. I’m seriously considering moving my accounts.

Went to kennewick chase to the outside ATM to deposit and it did not work(as always). I went through the drive through and handed the money and card to the bank teller named Michael and he told me that i needed an ID. I couldn't find it and he told me to go inside and he could do it without the ID and that he would keep my money and card and "just go around and come in". As I was getting out of my car my I found my ID and quickly went to the drive through at 10:45 am and gave him the ID. Then he proceeded to ask me about the amount of money i gave him and i replied back with the same amount that i told him before. He then told me that i was $100 short. I told him i had just counted it right before i gave it to him but he insisted so I just thought it fell in my car and i would just look for it after and proceeded with the transaction and left. I have looked everywhere for those "lost" $100 but are nowhere to be found. I counted the money at the ATM before trying to deposit and counted again at the drive through window. I should've got my money and card back when i was going to go inside the lobby butI entrusted the teller. My fault for thinking they could be trusted. I am closing my bank account tomorrow because this is not the first time something hinky happens. I have had this account for more than 15 yrs since it was changing to WaMu an then CHASE. but CHASE is just really not cutting it anymore and this occasion was just the cherry on top.

Drive through is fairly quick and parking is available on the other side of the street, if you need to go inside.

As a handicapped person not being able to get inside the bank to take care of my business is unexceptional...They shoveled the snow for people that can walk in but not wide enough for a wheelchair... We arrived early my husband went in to get a shovel... Brandon the manager said they would have Sherry come out to my car...A business of this caliber should be able to be accessed by all not just people that can walk.

Cannot believe that I had to make make an appointment when there were no other customers in the bank! Waited for 10 minutes and still no customers! My request was straight forward and could have easily have been solved within 10 mins !

Poor customer service, Ashley should have just cashed my check thru the window especially with the pandemic but no. Which I don’t understand because Richland branch always cashed my check thru the window. Last time I come to this location.
