If I could give a zero star rating I would. My first time coming to this place since I am not from around here. I came once and asked if we can use the fitting room she said oh I have all this stuff to do up here and I have to leave in a bit and calls someone and they said no fitting rooms are close at 7. So then I went another day at 6 and when ask to use the fitting room once again they call and said it's closed and when I ask to speak to the manager Erin I told her they told me you guys close at 7 and now I'm here and it's still not open. She said well I'm short staff but then I see 2 other people just stocking and they can't assist with the fitting room and she said no if I let you then it's everyone I have to let in and we close them at 5. This is terrible service and I've had way better service at other Burlington. I'm never coming here again!

So I have to say for the first time ever I was happy with my experience here. The store was super clean and organized. Every employee I ran into was happy and helpful (for once). I was simply amazed especially with it being the holiday season. I know this will not always be the case as it is the holiday but today was an experience I will always remember. To the management and the staff you all are killing it! Keep up the amazing work.

Dressing rooms are closed and they told me they won't be opening them. Lost out on making a good chunk of profit because I'm not buying clothes I can't try on. They were having an entire staff meeting right infront of the entrance, talking about how their satisfaction rate is 60%. Yeah I can see why. I won't be shopping here until they open the fitting rooms.

It is one of the best shopping stores for prices and you will find many collections of clothes and shoes at the best possible prices

This has NEVER been “The Store” to shop at but, when they closed the bathrooms to the public I gave up. I literally walked out one afternoon to a guy urinating by his truck….. I used to love digging for a bargain or finding a fun shirt but it just isn’t happening anymore. So sad.

Used to love this store but last couple years it feels like each time i come same clothes are on the hangers. Nothing that really catch the eye plus no available fitting rooms is huge disadvantage for clothing store. Love the other departments tho with house decor.

I use enjoy shopping at this store. But this time I was so disappointed. I use to love spending hours shopping and going through every department of this store. And while shopping, if I needed to use the restroom I would use it and go back to shopping. But this time, my daughter and I needed to use the restroom while shopping and it is no longer open to the public, so my daughter and I had to go else where to use the restroom. I didn't even get to shop and make a purchase, what a shame that it isn't available to purchasing customers. I will not be shopping there anymore, because I shop with family members that when they need to use the restroom it is an emergency and they can't hold it and continue their shopping. Makes me sad.

It's gone downhill over the years.Too many items of the same thing they have or by the time you try to find something that may have been there before you got there its guaranteed to be gone or if you're lucky it was just misplaced etc and it's not well kept anymore like it used to be, and most likely the reason being is that you got all kinds of people (especially big groups of 'em all at once) I'll just leave it at that roaming inside and out of there at the same time not only just crowding the aisles but leaving it very unorganized. It's also done at Ross as well etc.

Went to buy new shoes. My son found a pair at a good price $24.95. prices range from $29.95 to $59.95 for name brand shoes.

Large store with many options. I always tend to find good deals here. Their shirts are better quality and cheaper than Ross. Right next to TJ Maxx. I'd say this store has better men's clothing and I found a nice pair of Asics here for $40 so keep your eyes open for the good deals.

Great deals and pricing on shoes, clothing and toys. Multiple check-out lines open to help with customer line build up, so don’t have to wait in line forever just because it’s only one cashier available so that’s a huge plus when a couple of associates opens up their register to help break the line up

I’m never coming here again. You guys closed the restrooms to the public and the fitting rooms are always closed. Open these back up and I might consider coming back to shop again. I will also change my star rating and review.

Was super disappointed in Burlington. I gathered the items that I wanted to try on, I knew they had no public restrooms but no changing rooms?? The pandemic is over with...why is there no dressing rooms available? I was expected to try on clothes in mirrors on end aisles!! How absurd
