My 2 1/2 year old Samsung phone stopped receiving texts. Called the main number and they couldn't help me. Went to the local store and she tried some things and couldn't fix it. Had to buy a new phone. I'm not happy that I had to shell out $200 for Samsung's problem. Lady at local store was very helpful but not everything changed over from the old phone and some of the apps are not working properly. Will go back to see if they can help me.

If I could give this place a zero, I would absolutely never helpful. The girl behind the counter is always rude. Takes your money.Lies And says there’s nothing she can do about it. Don’t come here if you need any help with your phone service.

Rose is the WORST person to ever existed in customer service, she would do better working at the dump cause that’s how her service is, boost mobile I hope for your local company sake, FIRE HER. Anyways have a good day, God bless everyone but Rose ?

Hand written note in the afternoon "Be right back". 20 minutes later she returned and the back office person never did come out and the agent who had returned from her break disappeared into the back room and I left!Resolved by calling Boost Infinite $25 a month and happy to help!****

Rose what the most condisending, rude, and childish service rep my family has ever ran into in this location.She claims to be the "manager" What was most upsetting is that she yelled at my poor parents and my self over the phone like a true teenager, threatness us, and when shopping in her store she was gossping with her co-worker the whole time. An invertigation was opened with Boost Mobile Head Quearters for such behavior and we've complicated getting the cops envolved because of her threats. All of that for going in and buying a boost mobile phone. If you ask me it is NOT worth it. Drive an extra 10-15 minutes and go to another location.

The lady was super nice, but no help. I am having trouble getting used to boost one. I am hoping that now that it's the tent everything will be okay. If it's not I may have to switch phone companies.
